I've been going to Dr Bistline's office for apx 4-5 yrs now. The 1st PM office I was referred to were horrible! Treated me like a junkie & drug test every month although I've had RA for over 20 years with visible signs of severe joint damage. When I 1st went to Dr Bistline's office I was seen by Neesha, her PA. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right combination of rxs to help relieve my pain. I honestly never thought I would feel as good as I do! Especially considering the amount of joint damage I have. I tell everyone I know how awesome they are ( almost the entire staff) & how I've been able to have a greater quality of life and hope thanks to them. I'm so grateful that I didn't settle for the horrible treatment from the 1st PM Dr!

A week and a half after requesting an appointment I called again to check the status of my request and the unhelpful office girl with a bad attitude couldn't find any info nor did she offer to help get my records from the last lame physician that I used. If you live in FL and need help you might as well go ahead and die. The doctors don't have time to mess with you.

dr. bistline was really helpful and completely cured my back pain. I got the feeling that she really cared about me, not like the other doctors that I have gone to.

This is my first time in pain management, but I feel it is working out well. I am always seen by one of two PA's, but they both seem very knowledgable and they work with me in trying different types of treatment. When I call the office, if the PA is not available at that time I always receive a callback quickly. You do need a referral from another doctor in order to be seen the first time.
