His bedside manner is like a physician that memorized a single script to complete Step 2 CS then uses it on everyone like a robot. You can hear him asking identical questions through the thin walls. He doesn't ask follow up questions based on symptoms described. His staff are unable to make appointments properly. They also cancelled my appointment the moment I arrived even though I scheduled a month in advance and came 15 minutes early.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. SAMS CAN BE SUMMED UP BY THE FACT THAT HE WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HIS QUALIFICATIONS ARE LACKING AS WELL, HE IS UNORGANIZED AND MEAN.
