Dr. Iwata was very patient and listened to all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable, and followed up with me promptly. Staff are all nice and very helpful. Thanks to them, I feel all better now!

Possibly the least knowledgeable I have ever met. He was unfamiliar with common disorders and unable to diagnose well enough to identify type of practice to refer to. Refused to treat by claiming ignorance. Extraordinarily unhelpful. Absolutely gorgeous office.

The front staffs are very attentive. Dr. Iwata is very knowledgable. He has a firm policy on controlled medication, unlike some of the doctors I had in the past who didn't really care and just wanted to hurry out of the room seeing the next patient. He will explain in detail of the downsides of dependency on these medications. I am glad to be under his care. Highly recommend his office!!

I had a great experience with today's visit at Dr. Iwata's office. He spent a long time taking care of me, and staff were very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Iwata.

Best Internist in Pasadena! He and his staff are very professional, caring, always call back PROMPTLY when you have questions/concerns. Dr. Iwata himself is unbelievable considering the amount of time he spent on my husband with every of his regular and emergency visits. He even asked my husband to call back if he felt better so he can have a peace of mind. Who gives that kind of care and time to patients nowadays?

Dr. Iwata is the best doctor I have ever met with. He is brilliant! The office is very clean and the decor is like no other office. The staff is friendly and everything is high tech. I am 100% saitisfied with the quality of care I recieve at Dr. Iwata's office.

This is the best doctor in the UNIVERSE. I went in for a routine physical before my air force pilot application, and he spent over an hour with me. The physical was the most thorough I've ever received, and he answered all my questions fully and competently. Since then, I've had to call Dr. Iwata several times with urgent problems related to the extremely stringent medical hoops the Air Force is making me jump through. Every time I call, he returns the call PERSONALLY, answers every question I have, and when I need referrals he works them promptly. I'll say it again. BEST DOCTOR IN THE UNIVERSE. But note that he is in Pasadena, not Panorama City.

Great doctor and very nice office! I was feeling sick and needed to see a doctor soon. He talked to me on the phone first and scheduled me on the same day. Office is very clean and has a comfortable decor. He spent a good amount of time with me and he was caring.
