He'll spend 10 minutes maybe with you. Then you get his staff. He has a few rude people working for him There are better places to go. Nothing special

He was OK as long as he was making good money to do procedures in his private office clinic, but he was completely negligent, rude, seemingly incompetent, and uncaring when I was hospitalized. He refused to do a procedure at the hospital and said he'd only do it at his clinic after I was discharged. He misdiagnosed me as it turned out and hung up on hospital staff twice when they tried to consult with him. His behavior was shocking and appalling and the staff at the hospital were completely flummoxed by his attitude. I would never have expected this type of behavior based on past experience although I later realized that I usually dealt with his PA at the office and other than a few 5-minute consults, I only saw him for a few minutes before I was anesthetized for procedures. He's got issues.

Dr. Rustgi, his PA's and staff are all excellent. He is a very caring, extremely skilled diagnostician, who looks after every detail of findings and treatment. He very speedily got me to another specialist when I needed it and followed my progress carefully.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Physician Assistant is thuroughly knowledgable and warm. Dr. Rustgi may be difficult to get an appointment with immediately because of his popularity, but it's well worth the wait. It's it great to have a doctor with a sense of humor! Office staff couldn't be better. Ask for Cecilia or Jane and you'll get speedy, sweet service!

Dr. Rustgi is my doctor, but I have NEVER MET HIM. I have only seen his PA, who is great. It's just odd, though. He did my colonoscopy (but I was under anesthesia, so I never met him) and read my scans...but I've never met him.
