The most ignorant doctor I’ve ever met. Went in after getting hit by a car and was already told my wrist was broken. After arguing with me that it wasn’t I had more tests done through a different doctor, I broke my wrist and hand in three different spots. He either picks who he would like to treat or needs a new set of glasses.

I saw him as a teenager and his lack of empathy and unprofessionalism still scandalizes me. Dr. Lalonde told me I should get my dad to cut off my keloid with his garage tools. He was absolutely condescending and has instilled an anxiety in me when accessing care, 10 plus years later.

In my early 20s, Dr. Lalonde told me not to have a breast reduction because the men would not like it if I had smaller breasts.

Omg...he and his staff, the absolute best...he removed fat or skin just above my eyelids that had taken a toll on my self confidence for all of my life. I so love to do my make up each day. Love Dr Lalonde and his team for their professionalism. Nothing but the best. He also removed 'immediately" a dangerous cancer just a hair below my husband's eye. Total success. He is trustworthy, kind, considerate, punctual which is rare in doctor's offices. Would go back to him anytime.

Those who Dr Lalonde refused to operate on until they were with a 10% body fat ratio do not realize what a favour he is doing you. I weighted 195 and told Dr Menesi that I was unable to be a thin person and not to remove too much breast but he did anyway and I look hideous. The reason for being as close to a great body fat ratio is so that you won't look out of per portion and discussing like I now do. Once the breast is gone it's gone. I have spent two years of my life crying and being totally depressed at how awful I now look with very little breast on a big body. No self confidence, no libido, wearing padded bras to fake ready size the totally regretting destroying myself and on top of it all not out of pain most of the time!!!!!!

I had my carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Lalonde. He was great during the surgery as I was nervous about being awake. He kept the conversation going and reassured me multiple times. After I got home he called when I would email him pictures of my hand to talk about my pain and how I was dealing. I am more than comfortable with going to get my second hand done in the fall by him, couldn’t ask for a better doctor!
