Dr. Wrubel is amazing. He has cared for my kids since birth (my oldest is 18). The wait to see him can be lengthy but you know it's only because he is giving another child the care they need and answering all of that parent's questions. I was sad when I found that his longtime nurse wasn't moving offices with him. The front desk and nurses at the CHKD office he moved to are not as great. BUT, the dr experience why I followed to the new office.

Dr. Wrubel is an amazing pediatrician! He is willing to take all of the time in the world to answer any question that you may have and is not ashamed to admit when he doesn't know something. Because of this, be prepared to wait. I have never been to an appointment where he wan't running at least half an hour behind, if not more. Since moving to CHKD I have not enjoyed my interactions with the front desk staff, but if you can get past that, Dr. Wrubel is definitely worth it.

Dr. Wrubel is never in a hurry and thoroughly listens to all your concerns. He always has a pleasant demeanor and is easy to talk to. Would highly recommend.

The finest pediatrician you'll ever see! Worth the wait and overall never can or will find better. I miss him, he never made me feel rushed. Had to leave the group because of dr. Seagull

Dr. Wrubel is hands down, the finest pediatrician you'll ever see! He truly cares, he takes the time to listen and he thinks with his head AND his heart. I've been bringing my three children to see him for more than 7 years now and if I didn't have insurance, I would pay out of pocket just to stay with him. I can't sing his praises enough-- he's truly been a blessing to our family.

I recommend Dr. Wrubel highly! He LISTENS. He CARES. He's THOROUGH. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and we have been with him for 4 years. He urged me to follow my heart with her treatment, unlike MANY other doctors who just wanted to put her on standard treatment plan. He has been so supportive!

The most amazing pediatrician I have come across. He is worth keeping my insurance for. Amazing doctor and friendly, supportive, very knowledgeable and has a way of calming irrational parenting fears. Please give him a try. Front office staff can be a bit cold, but recently they have improved a LOT. New lady at front desk is very friendly!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wrubel. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and has always been so accurate in diagnosing my children. He respects your parenting choices, gives great advise and my children are NOT afraid of going to the Doctor. He was recommended to us by a friend and I thank God that he was! He truly is the BEST Doctor.
