Our family has been seeing him for years and we love him. He is nice, knowledgeable and understanding. He reassures me when I am unsure on issues with son and that's really important for a new mom. He is really nice to my son too and I think he is a very good dr. There might be a bit wait from time to time, but it is understandable, as some patients needs a bit longer time.. so I am ok with it as I never felt rushed out by him unlike some dr work in walk in clinic

I was a bit hesitant to have Dr Phord-Toy as my doctor based on these reveries. However, he has been our family doctor for over a year and he has been nothing but incredible for us. He he very knowledgeable, helpful and has even done over the phone appts which have been extremely convenient. He is compassionate and personable which has been great with my kids. I would recommend Dr Phord Toy.

This guy who cannot be called a doctor is an arrogant, incompetent guy! He dismisses your symptoms and doesn’t care to help you with your medical issues. Instead he just dismisses and promotes a “let’s wait and see” diagnosis. If you ask for a referral he doesn’t want to go down that road instead says come back and let’s see if things get worse or not. He doesn’t speak any sense and I get the feeling he uses google as his main helper and he likes to use metaphors to make himself sound like he knows what he is talking about. If you try to speak up to promote your own well being he acts very arrogant like you don’t know what you are saying cause he is the doctor. He provided horrible care to a family member and dismissed his symptoms saying let’s wait and see and as a result that family member within days ended up in the hospital for a week. In the hospital they got specialists to see him, the same specialist which we asked to get referred to and the doctor didn’t do it. This could have ended up much worse and because of his lack of knowledge of actually being able to be a doctor he could end up killing someone. The patient in this case could have gotten blood poisoning/sepsis due to the doctors wait and see approach. Dr. Phord-Toy needs to be re-trainees or not be in practice anymore.

Please someone tell this Doctor to stop using your body is like a car.
Very little knowledge of being a Doctor and gives the worst advise.

Dr. Marc Phord -Toy is incompetent! We know him for years now and his father who is not in practice any more, was not very good either.

We do not see him regularly anymore because Marc phord-Toy is non undertanding and argues when listening to your issues. If you ask him for a certain tests, he denies. He will often wrongly diagnose you and documentize it and later when you find out, he will tell you that he trusts his notes.

Dr. Marc Phord-Toy is a terrible doctor and should not be in practice.
I am a little knowledgable in medicine due to several health issue in my family, therefore, I am able to see Dr. Marc Phord-Toy's incompitence and not let it cause harm to me.

I write this review to warn other people that may be getting harmed by him without their suspicion or knowledge.

I like this doctor overall. I find him friendly and receptive to me weighing in about what’s wrong. I have felt comfortable each visit. I do find the office a little disorganized as a rule.
