This review is way overdue! After having breast cancer and not being able to freeze my eggs before chemo, I felt completely defeated after being told by numerous fertility clinics to not waste my time or money as I would never get pregnant using my own eggs. Lucky for me my oncologist put me in touch with a doctor at sunnybrook who in turn referred me to Dr Glass. Dr Glass took the time to really get to know me and my past diagnosis. It didn’t happen overnight but at 39 years old and after 3 years, and a successful IUI, I finally welcomed my miracle baby. Thank you Dr Glass for making my dream come true!! I am forever grateful. For those trying to conceive, I know it is super emotionally draining and takes a toll but if you can withstand the regular cycle monitoring and waiting to see the doctor for hours, don’t give up ❤️

After a year of trying when I was 36, I got referred to Dr. Glass by my Family Doctor. 

Dr. Glass is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. Each patient has a unique set of obstacles, so it may take time to find the right protocol that works for your body. Stay persistent. It took me 2 years (2 IUIs and 3 IVFs) before My Miracle was born. It was never an easy journey. However, I felt hopeful and reminded myself that Dr.Glass is professional, she sees the big picture, analyses your results and adjusts the treatment to improve your chances.

 Michelle, her newer assistant is very helpful, responsive and supportive. Most of the staff are very committed to your success too.
You have to do your own research and prepare your questions in advance of the meetings as Dr Glass is very busy. The clinic is busy overall, but it is a good thing. They make lots of families happy and complete.

Dr. Glass is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew we were in good hands. Her vast knowledge and experience in the medical field were immediately apparent, and she provided us with invaluable insights into our health.

During our first visit with Dr. Glass, she pointed out a few things that she thought my husband needed to have checked out due to his family history. Thanks to her keen observation, we discovered that my husband has inherited a blood clot disorder. No other doctor had ever pointed this out to my husband, and we are forever grateful to Dr. Glass for her expertise.

Dr. Glass is very direct, yet approachable, and has an excellent sense of humor, which made us feel at ease during our appointments. She took the time to thoroughly explain the various treatment options available to me and helped me make informed decisions about my care.

We were impressed by Dr. Glass's dedication to her patients and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Her assistant, Michelle, was also wonderful and very helpful, making our experience at the clinic stress-free and comfortable.

Dr. Glass is amazing! I am a female cancer patient and she was knowledgeable and informative. Being a very difficult time in my life and a tough process, she was also warm, compassionate, and kind. She was able to help me through the process of freezing my ovaries before I start chemo. I was so glad to have someone there to help me and think of my future goals after recovery. Dr. Glass is amazing. She is a miracle worker. I was a very difficult case. We had a history of cervical cancer, DOR, thyroid issues, stage 3 endometriosis, abdominal cerclage, stenosis at my cervical opening and male factor infertility. Dr Glass was able to help us get enough normal embryos via IVF and we also had a first successful transfer thanks to her amazing protocol. Dr Glass is very knowledgeable in onco fertility. She is very kind and caring and highly skilled in all her procedures. I can’t say enough honestly. I’m now holding my 20days old son while writing this. Dr. Glass if you ever read this review we are forever grateful for the gift you gave us.

My wife had an medical diagnosis and were recommended to Dr. Glass specifically @ Create from a major GTA hospital. Dr. Glass has been treating my wife all through the COVID period and protocols. Initially remote, later in-person and at the end, with myself at her side during the Ultrasounds and follow-ups.
All through the close to ~18 months of medical treatment with Dr. Glass; she has been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. With our medical history, Dr. Glass never promised us the moon, but planned the next few steps only. She is a busy lady, so wouldn't probably do the sales pitch and details of IVF; hence we needed to do our own read about the IVF procedures steps and risks ; and then discuss the more specifics of our history.
Overall we had a great experience with her through the IVF procedure with our first attempt being successful. Staff @ Create are great and helpful.
Her earlier Admin staff messed up all appointments and email communications; so much so that it probably may have delayed our treatments. But her new staff are much better. Wishing her and the Team @ Create the best.
