Dr. Glass was all but completely useless throughout the course of our treatment. She would routinely contradict herself by recommending costly IVF treatments and additional IUIs after insisting that my wife’s eggs were not of sufficient quality. Nearly all of her nonsensical diagnoses have been debunked by our new doctors and we are now 7 months pregnant. Her bedside manner (especially following IVFs) is almost entirely non existent and she has very little time or respect for the partner. The rest of the staff at Create are pretty good, but how this lady still holds a medical license is beyond me.

Dr. Glass is great, very experienced, and has very positive energy. She was available throughout my whole process (1+ year), including on Sundays. The clinic is busy, but still, the nurses were great to answer quickly all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Glass and the Create Clinic.

What can I say? We are forever grateful to Dr. Glass and the staff at Create. It was a long road to welcome our wonderful little one and it was definitely worth the wait. I was originally referred to Dr. Glass when I was diagnosed with cancer. She walked me through all of my options and always took the time to answer my million questions. A few years later I was healthy and my partner and I were ready to try. The process was challenging and took longer than we anticipated but we appreciated Dr Glass consistently taking the time to debrief and make next steps. With her treatment we got to where we needed to be. She pays attention to details, communicates expectations clearly, and is clearly knows what she’s doing. We are grateful for her care and hope to see her again and try for a second when the time comes.

I loved Dr. Glass, and that's the only reason I stayed at Create. She was kind and energetic, and her enthusiasm and positivity was exactly right for such a stressful time. The staff were awful or great depending on who you got that day. The method of showing up at 7am for monitoring and waiting until Noon to see Dr. Glass was not efficient. All people at the facility treated my partner as just a sperm donor and rarely included him in our conversations. Dr. Glass herself is wonderful, but the clinic doesn't do her justice.

I’ve been going to Dr. Glass since 2008 and I have cherished all these years with her. She has an insane memory and keen attention to detail which is great. She’s very sweet and truly cares for her patients. I have only positive things to say about her, Thank you Dr. Glass!

Dr Glass recently helped me get pregnant with baby number two. She helped me get pregnant with baby number one also. I got pregnant first try, both times. She is fantastic. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend. <3

After reading reviews on this site, my husband and I were a little worried when we were referred to Create and Dr. Glass specifically, but after 3 years at the clinic and as her patients, we can't even say how much we disagree with the negative reviews.

Dr. Glass was incredible. From our first meeting, she really gave the impression that she loves what she does and has an incredible knowledge base and skillset. You could tell the clinic was busy and she was constantly being paged, but she didn't leave until all of our questions were answered and we knew the next steps. She was very direct in all of our dealings and frank, but she was our Doctor, not our friend in that moment, and we needed to hear the reality of our situation (as unpretty as that was). She was always upfront and helped us manage our expectations which we appreciated. Each time we went for a test, something else would be found that delayed our fertility journey another step and while that was heartbreaking, Dr. Glass was always extremely supportive and never gave up.

We are among the lucky ones that eventually got our beautiful baby, who wouldn't be here without Dr. Glass and her team, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Was she late to some appointments? Without a doubt, but for as busy as she is, I wouldn't have expected otherwise. Was she direct and didn't pussyfoot around our situation? Absolutely, but I wouldn't have wanted her to waste our time (or money). Did she do everything in her power to make our dream come true? 1000% and I don't know that we'd be where we are without our tenacity, creativity, passion and big heart. She had faith when we didn't always and I have a great respect for her. If our story hadn't worked out the way we had hoped, it would never have been for a lack of effort on her part for a second and we still would have been thankful to have gotten to be her patients.

Anyone who gets Dr. Glass is lucky. She is forever a hero in our story.

she might know her stuff, is difficult to tell but she definitely has no empathy, no compassion, cares much more about herself than her patients and the clinic she works at is even worse than she is.................easier to avoid her than to go through what i went through and then have to report her to the CPSO

Dr. Glass is rude and unhelpful. She should be kept in the back playing with test tubes. She has no interpersonal abilities. Insulting. Dr Glass and her staff have no compunction about loudly discussing other patients very personal situations. The interview with her was awkward and she smiled inappropriately. I am concerned she has a personality disorder or maybe she is on some sort of spectrum. Dr. Glass also has no problem impugning the character or commitment to the process to the other spouse. Does this moron not understand that a husband and wife are likely to talk? And, will be more loyal to each other than some arrogant doctor with the interpersonal skills and discretion of a buffoon. Stay away. Horrible human.

Thorough, pleasant and brilliant fertility doctor. She leaves no stone unturned and you truly feel cared for by her. The clinic is busy with a high volume of patients, but she takes her time and has an excellent bedside manner.
