This doctor is absolutely amazing. She diagnosed me when everyone else made me feel like I was crazy, simply because they couldn't find the problem. She is warm, compassionate, professional and an incredible physician. I cannot say enough good things about her. The receptionist on the other hand is often short, rude & often made me feel like I was bothering her.

AFTER SUFFERING A VERY SERIOUS ILLNESS SHE HAS CONTINUED TO CARE FOR ME, IS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME, FOLLOWS MY HEALTH ISSUES AND ORDERS ALL NECESSARY TESTING. SHE IS PLEASANT AND KIND AND HAS HELPED ME DEAL WITH FEARS AROUND ILLNESS. SHE TRULY DOES CARE AND ALWAYS TREATS ME WITH RESPECT. FOR MYSELF AS A NURSE, THIS IS A QUALITY YOU OFTEN DO NOT SEE IN A DR. SHE IS THE BEST AND I TRUST MY HEALTH IN HER HANDS.

Dr. Bain-Atoe saw me, ordered my tests and had my condition diagnosed promptly. She followed up on all of my tests that were showing further concerns. She takes the time to speak with you giving you confidence in her and answers all questions and concerns.

My husband and I met this professional, friendly, helpful doctor in Wallaceburg when a possible mini-stroke was being diagnosed. She made us feel calmer and explained much to both of us. My husband went to her for a possible blood disorder. She did not follow-up on her findings so when he was 48 hours prior to a very important surgery, she cancelled it because she realized she had done nothing to discover the reason for his problem. She then yelled at my husband on the phone and actually hung up on him. She was very rude and unprofessional. We will not see her again.
