She's a fantastic doctor, but communication between her and her staff is greatly lacking. EVERY appt, I have booked to date had to re-scheduled as she was "out of the office" every date/time I was booked for ! Makes it very difficult for people that work fulltime to keep changing time off work :(

She diagnosed me quickly. She sent me to a sleep clinic. I have severe sleep apnea. Started using a cpap and felt one hundred percent better in a few weeks !! She has an excellent manner and listened to my issues. She never rushed me. I would highly recommend her !

I am not a patient of Dr. Bain-Atoes but know her through church
I was in emergency one night, and word got to her I had been taken there by ambulance with severe bleeding. She came to the hospital, took command and got things done in thirty minutes that had not been done in two hours to that point
She treated me with great compassion, as well as her fellow staff. She has a remarkably calm yet professional and empathetic aura about her. She is very concerned and follows up as I've never seen any doctor do. I cannot really comment on staff but I can only imagine a caring detailed humanist like Dr. Bain-Atoe would have staff that reflect her approach.
I want Dr. Bain-Atoe on my team anytime!!!

I found Dr. Bain-Atoe to be a remarkable and absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner impeccable and ever so re-assuring. She has a lovely sense or humour also, especially when I was her patient....making me feel so much better after a very big scare! I can only wish that Dr. Bain-Atoe was also a general physician, as she would be #1 as my doctor. I wish sometimes that her receptionist was a little more friendly as I feel very uncomfortable whilst talking with her, re appts., etc.

She is very caring and sincere in finding the cause of the problem. She takes the time to review the specialist reports in a way that is easy to understand and follows up on tests with a phone call. I would definitely request her again if necessary. Unfortunately, the extra time to talk sometimes causes a back log in the schedule (max. 30 minutes) so it's best to get the first appointment in the morning or afternoon.
