Went in for general cleaning, she substituted a different dentist without asking first, he told me my filling needed to be replaced, poorly and painfully done only to end up having her do a root canal, she was not experienced enough to finish it and sent me to a specialist, who was wonderful! her office staff and hygienists were very nice but her and the male dentists (starts with a d?) inexperience and his cocky disrespectful attitude should keep you away.Ended up going way over my insurance and have had 4 root canal appointments to finish and correct. $1600.00 out of my own pocket later.

I went in for a cleaning recently. The sign on their door says free whitening with a cleaning. After cleaning and exam were over, nothing was mentioned about whitening and I left empty-handed - no toothbrush, floss or nothing. I won't be returning.

The doctor is very thorough but just be certain at the outset at what you are being charged for and check to ensure that your insurance company will pay it. I booked an appointment and then found out my insurance company would not pay one cent of it. Ask very specific questions at the desk as to what the appointment is for, otherwise you may be in for a surprise..

Was unwilling to answer questions, will charge $50.00 if you are late, but will not be on time for the appointment. I founder her offputting and somewhat rude.The dental profession as a whole really needs some shake up.

Staff promised discount as I am on permanent disability, then billed full amount and pursued payment. Dr. RK did white fillings along my gumline, which popped off within 6 months. Another dentist redid them, and they have been fine for 2.5 years.

Well I gave Doctor Ross Kasza a chance and was really impressed. Had a bridge done and it turned out great. Never felt pressured to do unnecessary stuff. Just honest advice and friendly staff. Gorgeous office and they got TV in every room. Like how they run on time, too.

I was very happy with Dr.Ross-Kasza's care. I went in for several fillings, and she not only offered almost completely pain-free care, she also adjusted my bite in the process, so now my teeth come together more comfortably. Throughout the process, she asked me if I was comfortable and she made me feel very much at ease. The staff is also wonderful.

Went in for a chipped tooth one month later still have a chipped tooth. Every time I went in they were billing my plan for things that were unnecessary and not agreed upon. Totally fed up with their dishonesty. $400 just for a cleaning that I did not even ask for! Check your plan with this one they will rip you off.

I have sensitive teeth, and the doctor and hygienist were very gentle. They don't use mercury, and have a digital x ray, with low radiation. This is the first time I felt good leaving a dentist's office.
