This dentist is the best! His technological advances are certainly superior to any of my old dentist. Dr. Tatra catches issues before they become massive issues. This dentist is quite knowledgeable and happily shares this knowledge (he gives free golden dental advice you only need listen). Dr Tatra has also gone beyond with regards to dental emergences. It’s too bad he can’t be cloned. Ty kindly for all your hard work and dedication :)

You can not beat this office for customer service…and as for the man himself he is the best of the best in the field of dentistry !

Dr. Tatra was able to see me within 15 minutes of me phoning with tooth pain (presumably he had a cancellation that morning). He was extremely competent in completing the root canal procedure and, luckily, did a thorough investigation of all my teeth (it had been a few years since I had been thanks to Covid) and was able to identify several other issues that needed to be addressed. His office is very well run with a high level of organization. He is using the latest in dental technology. He is very friendly and I didn't feel like he was rushing through my procedures at all. His assistant and office staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Tatra dental office!

Whenever you're doing a personal service sometimes things happen. Years ago I had a tooth that abscessed and caused me to swell up like a chipmunk. The pain was excruciating. Dr. Tatra took me right in and no doubt had to rearrange his schedule a bit to accommodate my agony. Sorry not sorry. He knows his priorities, and on the rare occasion I haven't gotten into my appointment at the very moment I was supposed to be I just think back to how well he treated me when I really, really needed him. And that's what counts. BTW, after that emergency session Dr. Tatra actually phoned me at home to make sure I was okay later that evening.

I’ve had top Dentists starting with an excellent one in my twenties right on Lonsdale Road in Forest Hill Village, Toronto. After this Dentist retired, I continued with his successor who was just as professional in the same excellent practice, so I was doubtful and somewhat apprehensive that I would find the same qualities in a Dentist when I moved here to Victoria 8 years ago.

Dr. Tatra not only put my fears to rest, but now has my fullest confidence especially after a complicated installation of a lower bridge which initially involved a very stubborn root canal which he successfully resolved and treated. The bridge is 100% as good as it was 3 years ago when he completed the task.

Dr. Tatra deserves a lot of credit for not only his persistently top-notch professionalism but also his polite communication and steadfast, professional character in everything he does.

Dr Tatra was not professional. He left in the middle of my treatment to look after other patients. Rush through every procedures. Then when I trying to share my experience with him, he terminate my visit and said we are not a match. Also he was amazed my retired dentist work on my teeth which he said he can't do as good as his.

I have been seeing Dr. Tatra and his amazing teams for 8 years now. This is the best dentist I've ever been to. He's kind, respective, and very knowledgeable. His staff are nice and all have a great personality. I'm always laughing when I'm in there.
