Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Lewis cannot be bothered to speak with a patient herself to go over results, has an RN call who doesn't have answers to questions, and then when I specifically requested the doctor call me I was told she was too busy but I could come in and speak to her in a week. (I was there for an emergency situation, and she wants me to wait for a week to talk??? After she mentioned that we need to determine this isn't cancer first???) I guess her time is much more valuable than mine. Such a shame, I went to this practice for many, many years until Dr. Lam retired, and it seems he has left the business in poor hands. From what I understand, many other "legacy patients" are feeling the same way and finding new doctors, which is what I will be doing. I will definitely not be returning.
