He is a caring specialist and upon hearing my history and blood tests, he knew what was wrong. When he called me into his office for the diagnosis he was to the point, explained what was wrong and told me all that I needed/had to know. Being told one has multiple myeloma and that there is no cure by Dr Phillips made me feel that even though it would be a hard road ahead, I felt like I would be able to manage. Thank you Dr Phillips!

Very impressed with my initial consult with Dr. Phillips. It was toward the end of the day, which can never be easy. Having said that, he was personable, friendly, professional, and above all thoughtful and attentive to my specific situation. What was for me an important life decision, and no doubt an everyday occurrence for him, was handled exceedingly well in my opinion. My brief interaction with his front line staff was also very positive. Although it took a very long time to get in to see someone, I'm grateful for the quality of interaction I experienced.

My meeting with Dr. Phillips and his colleague Dr. Almarzooqi was excellent. They were thorough in their examination, thorough in their explanation of all the testing I went through, thorough in explaining what I have, thorough in explaining my treatment options and thorough in explaining why they recommended what they did. I came away very confident that I'm getting the best care possible.

Really impressed with Dr. Phillips. He did not push me into drugs for osteoporosis and was totally behind trying HRT first. Forward thinking for a physician where most are still old school that this is a bad thing for women. Has been the best decision ever for myself. He was very thorough and very supportive and informative. 5-stars all the way.!

Dr Phillipps is extremely knowledgeable! He suspected I had a parathyroid disorder I had no idea what that was! He tested and tested and found the reason I’ve been feeling so sick for YEARS! He is an amazing caring man! The pursued me , when I was clueless as were MANY other Drs before him, that I had seen for my ongoing thyroid problems! Thatnk you so much Dr Phillipps!

I have met with Dr. Phillips both in office and telehealth due to covid. He helped me turn around my T2 diabetes with good A1C's using insulin therapy. He is a good Dr for diabetes.

An endo that just does things by phone?! Never laid eyes on me.

Things started off well, wait times are long - waited 7-8 months to speak with him; he’s the only Endo in Interior Health. I felt like we were speaking the same language and felt good until my labs/MRI’s didn’t match up with his suspicion. I can’t attest to knowledge because, being desperate everything was made to fit in his “box” - the laundry list of other symptoms were not weighed. Calling the reception, I left a message that I was in dire straits (was in the ER and tanking fast) “urgent” I uses lightly, nor is it a word that office understands- a week later I was scheduled for a telephone consult, the receptionist essentially said why come all this way (2.5 hours) for a 15 minute appointment; a clear indication that no matter what circumstances, 15 minutes of his time was all I would be permitted. It really feels/felt like he/they don’t grasp the gravity of my mystery illness. Was rehospitallized for full loss of 95% of my muscles …and when it was all said and done, it’s radio silence…. No returned calls, no communication- nadda -
So, thought/think he should’ve/could’ve/would’ve been my champion but now left in the hospital, immobile, and no sense of (urgency, care) by Dr. Philips. Not impressed to say the least.

Dr. Phillips was awesome. In 30 minutes with him I feel more empowered about my diabetes and insulin therapy than I had from multiple visits to the local diabetic clinic, as well as my gp.

He was funny, concise, and welcoming.
