I have been a patient of Dr. Moloney for quite some time now (about 3 months) and I have finally realized how unhelpful he has been and I will not be seeing him again. I would have left his office sooner but I didn't have many other options for a psychiatrist. If it all possible, I recommend avoiding Dr. Moloney at all cost. He is incredibly arrogant and impersonal while the advice and treatment he provides is at best mediocre. However what stood out the most was the way he deceives his patients about his insurance policy. Be prepared to pay cash in full and not get anything back from the insurance company, despite his reassurances. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Moloney-Boloney. He was incredibly difficult, not knowledgeable, unwilling to co-operate or discuss options or treatments. Staff was beyond rude. Initial appointment was almost 2 hours of Dr. hunting and pecking and not really asking me anything, simply organizing his office. His approach was "I am the doctor and you do what I say". My approach is, "This is my body and my diagnosis, and the medications you are giving me are of high concern to me". We did not see eye-to-eye. I was informed that he catered to the utmost successful realtors and kept all their secrets hence why he was so highly sought after. These "utmost successful realtors" are paying for an expensive drug pusher whom could care less about them personally.

I found Dr. Moloney to be very compassionate, and intelligent. He knew alot about my problem and was able to diagnoses me accurately, unlike some in the area. He listened to me and I felt was very sympathetic. I would and have , recommended him to a friend. He was about 15 mins late but i have waited over a hour at my urologists office and so i have learned doctors can't always be on time right on the dot, as people have problems that might not be solved according to a clock. He was worth waiting for.

I would not recommend Dr. Moloney. He was always 30 to 45 minutes late and not at all knowledgeable. He would provide me with information that I knew was flat out incorrect. He would spend the majority of our sessions talking about himself. He's a very nice man but not a good psychiatrist.
