Had him a few years ago… He wasn’t bad when I first started seeing him. But he became distant and unfriendly… Final straw came when he chastised me about not following his chicken scratching.. Always stares at his computer. No human interaction.

Dr. Adno has been caring for my family for over 25 years and he is so far the most attentive, caring and helpful doctor I know. Both of our kids grew up under his care and managed their health concerns so well. He listens to every concern, takes them seriously and responds appropriately at all times. He ensures that we were looked after in a timely manner whether it is for diagnostic procedures or referrals. Definitely the BEST DOCTOR ever!

Dr. Adno is the most caring, compassionate, efficient, professional and knowledgeable doctor I know. Our family has known him for 25 years and my kids grew up under his very capable hands. I tried to have a pediatrician with my second child just to see the difference but we ended back with him in just a few months as he diagnosed my baby with kidney disease that the pediatrician could have missed without his opinion. He listens to every concern and takes them seriously. He spends time to address each concern despite his very hectic schedule. I still remember when I woke up from just delivering my first born in the hospital via c-section and he was there checking up on me and letting me know how my baby is doing. My husband and kids really like him and we all have the highest respect for him. Thank you for taking care of our family Dr. Adno.

I have been with Dr Adno for over 25 years and consider myself very fortunate. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Always takes his time to listen’s to any and all my concerns With patience and understanding. His staff has been nothing but helpful and pleasant to deal with. Simply put..he is the best!!!

We have been seeing Dr. Adno for more than 20 years. His workload appears to be very heavy, he does run behind sometimes, but this is a sign that he will spend more time with you as needed. He is very quick with refill requests for medications. On request he will refer you to other specialists very quickly. All in all, a good attentive Doctor who does communicate with other Doctors regarding your overall general health.

I’ve been a patient of his for the majority of my life (several decades) and what was once the most attentive doctor has now turned into a very aloof, disponpondent, and “not present” Doctor. He says he will make referrals but never follows up on them. He wants to see me in the office every few weeks to accomplish absolutely nothing. I’ve been waiting for a proper specialist for almost four years and he doesn’t seem to notice the time passing nor my deterring mind and body. He needs to retire if he is not going to do his job properly. I am becoming increasingly angered by his constant dismissal of my health. I will be actively seeking a new GP because I am in no way able to deal with his careless attitude anymore. Most days I feel like ending it all because he, of all my doctors should be the one who truly cares and now even he has “given up” as my situation is rather complicated. Perhaps I should give up too.

I’ve been a patient for well over a decade. I’ve had so many issues and Dr. Adno always comes through following up and finding the right specialist. If there are issues with blood work or other tests he calls right away. He is proactive in his approach and I consider myself so fortunate to be under his care. I’ve never had to wait very long for an appointment or in the waiting room and frankly, I wouldn’t care because he takes the time to listen to me and I suspect to all his patients. Further, the Albany Clinic is outstanding. There’s always a specialist somewhere in the building or down the street. The Lab is fantastic and the team that supports Dr. Adno and others on that floor are cheerful and very helpful. I feel I’m in good hands. Thank you Dr. A and Albany Clinic staff.

Dr. Adno has been my family doctor for almost 30 years. He's amazing, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to care for your needs and concerns. He always listens and I never feel rushed or like I'm not being heard. If there's need for consultation with another physician or a referral to a specialist it happens right away. He takes everything very seriously.
Generally I've found that he does run a bit behind with appointment times, but I know that's because he takes the time to fulfill his patients needs in their appointments, and that's well worth the wait to me.

After some 30 years of being a patient of DR Adno I feel like I can no longer support him. I was charged for a service that 2 months later still has not be fulfilled and the staff at the clinic simply refuse to help. I have asked Dr. Adno to call me to discuss the situation and received none. Service has been terrible for a number of years with long waits and very few communication. Shame on him for losing his professional edge.
