The. Worst of the worst , the doctor should actually look into his receptionist attitude. I never received this type of behaviour from anyone. This lady is on a high horse. She really needs to get a life.

After reading a number of poor reviews I was apprehensive about my visit This was my first visit since my previous ENT Doctor retired.
I need not have worried. The receptionist was polite and efficient. My appointment was on time and Dr. Nazarali was friendly ,professional
and helpful.
An added bonus is that parking is free and plentiful.

Was referred o this specialist. Got a vm on Friday for my appointment Monday. I was advised I could not call, could not leave a vm as Dr. was out of office for two weeks. Found I was required to wear a mask the entire viisit. My Ear Nose and Throat Dr. expects me to wear a mask my entire visit to his office to check on my ears nose and throat. Told my GP to cancel the appointment. Called the office a few days later (after I calmed down) was greeted on the phone asked to hold, "Click" they hung up on me. I guess thats solves the issue. RedFlags much.

I think it is not the staff, staff is working on direction who is paying the staff, very bad experiemce

I would say he is the best ENT doctor in Canada.
I will definitely recommend him to anyone. He did the best job for me and for my daughter as well.

Worst of the worst receptionist ever. I dont know how they hire her the first time I called to ask about our referral she told me I'm busy I have 40 referral. Then I said OK please call us when you come across our referral. She called us today and she was so rude giving us the date sometime in Feb. I told her I will call you, if we cant make it. She was rude saying we need 2 days notice I said I will give you 2 months notice its enough. I will cancel with them I dont want to use this clinic.

Worst receptionist ever. When my husband calls in to ask about his referral, she said "I will get to it when I get to it" she told him his problem is not that serious. Excuse me?? Who are you to diagnose any issue? She said a lot more. Very rude, please look into getting better staff. We're not the only one who has complaints about your receptionist.
