I made an appointment with the NP as a new patient for medical issues that I am having. The front desk employee was unprofessional and never told me that the office was running 1/2 hour late. I met with Carol the NP who showed a genuine concern and sent me for tests and said that my follow up should be with Dr. Estella. Dr. Estella is the sweetest and compassionate gynecologist that I have ever had. She took the time to explain everything extremely thoroughly and made sure that I understood everything that was going on.
While it is frustrating to wait, she is definitely worth the wait. Dr. Estella is making sure she is thorough. Her office staff definitely needs to be either retrained or replaced.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Estella months in advance as a new patient. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist (while looking down at her desk) told me "you're late, we need to reschedule". I said "excuse me?". In a scolding tone said "you were told to arrive 30 (THIRTY) minutes early". What?? I don't recall ever being told that. Even IF that were true, you're going to send home a NEW PATIENT if there was a chance YOU might have not explained that "rule"?? I never met the doctor, but if this is any indication of how I will be treated as a patient then no thank you! I contacted another doctor who pleasantly "pre registered" me in less than 5 minutes over the phone!

The doctor is fine. but her staff is awful!!!! they are all lazy. they don't care much for the patients they see. Seems like all of them hate their jobs and taking out the frustration on other the doctors patients. I call to make appointments and asking information about when my procedure will happen. They say they will call me back but never do. if i call to remind them to call me back they simply say "i was busy" or some lie about how the office is open extra late that day.

Dr Estella basically gave me a lesson on anatomy and didn't answer any of my questions or address my concerns. I think she assumed since I am younger (college) that I had no knowledge of anatomy. She was very condescending and unhelpful. I would not recommend her.

I would never recommend Dr. Estella, I took my 75 year old mother for an appt. for a medical problem that was causing my mom great discomfort. The office staff are rude and dismissive, the Dr. was rude and left my mother sitting in a johnny for 1hr. and 30 min. without ever checking on her or giving a reason for the delay. We were the only people in the office , so I am baffled by the lack of unprofessional behavior from both the staff and the Dr. I could here them all talking on the phone giggling and joking and having personal conversations, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, all the while my mother is sitting in the exam room wondering is anyone going to come in. At one point she said she stuck her head out of the door and said hello no one responded, she said she could here the Dr. telling stories to the staff and the were all laughing. I noticed in the paper work they give you to fill out that if you miss an appt. or they will charge you $25.00 I think I should charge them for my time that I took off work to bring her to this wasted appt. Now they receptionist took my Mom's insurance card and then closed the window on her and told her to go SIT she will bring it to her, first of all my Mom isn't a dog . of course she never did give the card back to her, and after the 1hour and a half appt. we both forget about it. Then they called and said my mother left the card behind, amazing the receptionist could have apologized because she forgot to return it. My feeling is this office doesn't like the ELDERLY!!! I read other reviews from family members about their elderly Mom's and their experience at this office was not pleasant. What a disgrace!!

I took my adorable elderly mother to see her for a problem that was and had been making her life extremely difficult with pain and other discomfort although non life threatening . After one visit with the NP , with no positive results, on the second visit that same NP finally called Dr Estella in as the NP obviously was unable to make a diagnosis. Her attitude was haughty, cold and dismissive. She was not only not helpful to my mother medically , but with her dismissive attitude contributed to my mother´s fragile general mood. Apart from offering no medical advice of any worth she showed a total absence of kindness and/or compassion. I would not recommend N Estella to anyone.

Dr. Estella took a long vacation and was away when my child was born. Luckily, the doctor that took over in her place was wonderful, but it was disappointing to me that I had to be seen by a different doctor during my actual delivery.

Dr. Nonnie Estella has been my gyn since 2006, and she is the gyn for most of the women in my family. Over the years, she has consistently cared for all of us with great competence and compassion. She is a highly skilled and trained physician who remains current with the latest research in womens health. Most importantly, she is consistent, very thorough and cautious- She is one of the finest physicians I have ever met.

I had my hysterectomy at 7:30AM and was home by 6PM that day. The whole experience (including nurses) could not have gone better.

I was in search of a good OB/GYN after having abnormal paps and wanting answering. I read some reviews of Dr Estella and decided to see her. I called to make and apt and was told that shes booked for months! I stuck with her and made the apt. The person on the phone asked what the issue was and I told her and I also told her how disapointed Ive been with my previous Dr. She put me on hold and the Dr came on the phone! Real, live Dr and Im not even a pateint yet! She was able to give a quick diagnosis over the phone. Just from my symptoms. Tests later confirmed she was correct. She was very pleasant and informative. She gave me options for treatment and left the decision up to me. Overall great experience. I have since transfered care to her permanently.
