I usually do not leave comments on internet. But her staff are extremely inpatient. Just before I left this comment, they hang up my phone while I was speaking. And this already happened twice. In the first two times, they just said "10 clock" and then hang up. I had to call they them again and they finally were patient enough to complete a sentence - "you can only make an appointment after 10 clock". I used to be healthy so only called them couple times in the past years. Yes, I couldn't remember their policy, but can they just be patient a little bit? And this time they hang me up while I confirmed I must call them tomorrow morning to make an appointment. Maybe this only happens on me because of my accent and poor English. I'm switching to another doctor and my experience with them is just terrible.

I,and 3 other family members have been seeing Dr. Szeto 5 yrs. She is a very knowledgeable physician with a kind bed-side manner. She respects my opinion about my symptoms, never rushes us and has never misdiagnosed any of us. She always fits us in the same day we call, when ill. Cons: Long wait time. Office staff can sometimes be a bit disorganized.(I've had info. over the phone taken down incorrectly, or misplaced. They are not lazy or careless; they make every effort to get it right but are sometimes hurried. Now I write down the info,myself,and give it to the staff or mail it in. Problem solved. My records have never been misplaced or disorganized in any way.) Surely the wait time is due to her popularity,willingness to fit inll patients the same day they call, dedication to detail and quality-time spent with each individual. I feel a long wait is a small price to pay for such top-notch care. I feel complete confidence in recommending Dr. Szeto to anyone in need of a physician.
