Another visit with Dr Andrade and her wonderful staff. I always feel so welcome and well cared for. She gives the most painless needles I have ever had by the way . 👍

Dr Andrade and her team are excellent dentists. They are professional, cautious, friendly, and affordable. I have had bad experiences with other dentists in Victoria, but have never had a bad experience here.

I had one bad tooth that had a root canal by a previous dentist but the tooth kept falling apart - went to Dr. Andrade on advice of my husband who is a long time patient - she refilled the tooth, but again it fell apart - asked her to pull it, and was treated like a moron, she did pull it, but it felt like I was being punished for taking away more "money" work in filling and refilling a tooth that should have been pulled the very first time. Her assistant was absolutely a "cold fish" and didn't seem to care that they were causing me pain to the point that I left the office a complete wreck, crying all the way home. The receptionist seemed more interested in getting me to sign the paperwork than caring anything about how I was feeling. Left with a horrible taste in my mouth and determination that I would not be seeing this office again! Absolutely no recommendation from me.

My family and I have been seing Dr Daniela for the past year and our experience has been very positive. The dr and her staff is friendly, respectful snd professional. They explain the steps of the procedure and put their efforts to keep the patient comfortable and safe. She is wonderful with kids!

My kids and myself have been seeing Dr. Andrade for 12 yrs now. She was the first dentist to fully explain my dental issues to me, why, and how they can be fixed. She employs top rate hygienists who listen and go out of their way to ensure your comfortable threw the entire procedure.

I generally dislike dentists, especially ones who talk down to me, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Andrade is very professional, personable, and quite knowledgeable, as is her staff. I've been going to her office for over 5 years now, which is a record for me and any one dentist. And this says a lot, since I live near downtown Victoria and travel to Langford to maintain my dental patronage at her practice. Thumbs up!

The staff is great but I find Dr Daniella works to fast, I have never seen a dentist to replace a filling in less then 1 hr, I think it's all about money and how many customer she can see in a day. I just recently replace a filling and i have never had so much issue with a tooth in my life ..I think its time for a change.

I have a fear of dentists and the noises and sensations involved in the entire experience... Not sure why, but its there. I explained this to them at my first appointment. They are very careful, and check with me often if I am comfortable and make sure that I am sufficiently frozen when work needs to be done. If you have issues Daniella is the dentist for you!
