Dear Dr. Brook, he took over from his friend, another GP at Athlone Court, Victoria, BC, Oak Bay.
He was kind, helpful, decent, a good man. His 'Staff' ( wife ), sent my personal info to the Cad. Gov. that didn't pertain to the situation, issue #1. Secondly #2, he never sent out a letter to patients he was retiring. there one day, shop 'closed' for business the next !

Lucky to have had him as my GP, and definitely miss him since he retired. He may very well be the best doctor that has ever been. A brilliant, caring, dedicated man, and a credit to his profession and to humanity. I wish him a long, healthy, happy retirement.

He was a very decent man and would make appointments with Specialists in the event he couldn't resolve one's issue himself.
It would have been super had he let ALL his patients know via letter he was 'retiring' as a common professional courtesy.

I'm not impressed with Dr Brook at all. No bedside manner. Raised his voice with me. Walked out before I was finished talking to him.

Dr Brooks was the best doctor ever there’s no other dr like him. He was very professional and very kind he would listen to what you had to say. We all felt so comfortable with him. His staff was excellent as well. We are sadden that he has retired but we will always appreciate him. Dr brooks you are the best person ever. We love and miss you. All the best in your retirement.

Dr Brook was my medical adviser for the last ten or so years,I appreciated his knowledge and down to earth advice. Sadly I stopped in his office yesterday to see him,and found that he has retired, A well deserved retirement for a very caring and hard working Dr. I will miss having him as my Dr. for all these years. I hope I can find a new Dr. in this day and age of Dr. shortages.

Dr. Brook took care of my life partner until her passing at Trillium at Douglas Care; superb, compassionate, knowledgeable care. Respectful. listened to me, such a gift in a time of high stress.
