Dr. Heimbach has been my doctor for over 30 years. She has always been kind, empathetic and thorough. I cried when I received her retirement letter. She will be so missed. My only complaint is her choice for her replacement. She could not have found a doctor more different than herself - her replacement is not warm, empathetic or kind.

Dr. Heimbach is a wonderful, brilliant, and very knowledgeable. I have known since I was seven. Approximately 40 years ago I chose her as my doctor. She is an amazing doctor,. I thank God for her.❤

Dr Heimbach continues to be an outstanding practitioner. She is all the things people say about her - kind, compassionate, unhurried. She has been my doc since the day she started practice. I have also become a big fan of Dr. Tse. While it was hard to transition from Dr H, Dr. Tse has proven her weight in gold. She researched and diagnosed an uncommon malady in my daughter and made she she got into a specialist immediately. I am happy to see either Dr. Tse or Dr. Heimbach these days. And bonus...they are always on time now that there are more phone consultations. And fewer people in the waiting room.

Dr. Heimbach has been my sister's doctor for most of her life. She has great patience, a gentle manner and super communication skills . She actually was my daughter's Dr. while she was in N.I. C.U. She was so kind and helped me during something so traumatic and in hard times. My sister is developmentally delayed and she too just really cares for Dr. Heimbach. She does what's best for her patients and treats you with respect. She is thorough in investigating what is happening both physically and emotionally. She explains things so that you understand. She genuinely cares about her patients as well as her staff. Thank you so much for all you do, Dr. Heimbach.

When I first started searching for a great Dr after mine relocated in BC I am to this day extremely gratefu to have been blessed by her as not only has she brought two of my kids into this world , she was also there when my son passed away and also was involved in the arrival of my granddaughter when she came into this world to this day! She is very close to this whole family s heart ❤️ ❤️👍👍❤️❤️

She is a very kind doctor, but she missed a very ordinary but major health issue for 15 years, which damaged many important organs, which is inexcusable. I am happier with her replacement.
