After several years I had an terrible illness and was told she has no openings today or tomorrow but you can see her PA. I asked to speak to the doctor about my symptoms to see if I should come in to her office or get referred to a specialist and was told Dr Kubiak does not speak to patients on the phone. Now I realize that all the times I was there she left the room abruptly, did not answer my questions and her staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never go back and will find a other doctor who remembers to care about the patients when they are in distress.

Punctual to the point that she will take you early if you are there ~BUT~ the visits are often rushed: she leaves the room only for you to discover that the visit is over and she never said good bye. I once had to wait for her to finishing dealing with her next patient because she left without writing out my prescription. That's another thing: she is too fond of just writing out prescriptions to "fix" you so if you prefer alternative methods, like my mother, look else where. Appts are hard to get into- message system in place today from 12-2 says they have lunch from 12-2 and are open from 9-4 but receptionist claimed that they had "Summer hours" and arrive at 7:30 am and leave at 2:30 (this was on Nov 14th.) She did not understand when I asked her how long the Summer hours would be in effect and got testy when I asked if other doctor offices employed the same policy. There are no nurses that can take you if Dr Kubiak is unavailable and they will not let you see another Dr in the practice in the case of a non-ER emergency (possible pink eye/persistent cough etc) that you don’t want to wait a week to address in a normal appointment or go to an urgent care clinic to take care of. Getting in last minute is a hit-or-miss situation and when you do, it feels like you won the lotto, in addition to feeling like you were just run over by a bus (maybe that was just me?) On top of that, good luck dealing with the billing office if you were coded wrong and need to straighten out your insurance charges. Apparently as long as they get paid by someone, they don't think it's their job to get involved with making sure you get charged correctly and will advise you to go back to the nurses to figure out the correct billing codes. My mother and I have been patients for years and have slowly become unsatisfied. Today was the final push to make the switch to a new PCP.

DO NOT waste your time or money. She does not care!!! She's become desensitized and goes through the motions. Do not ask any questions, she feels challenged and gets defensive. Does not show any compassion or empathy. Likes to write prescriptions and moves onto the next patient without any notice. She does not validate you or listen. Felt worse after seeing her. Complete WASTE of time!

I have been her patient for several years. And as of today I will never go back! She did not listen to what I had to say nor seemed to care. The total amount of time she spent with me was under 3 minutes. Wow! Really? Horrible experience!

Dr Kubiak is always on time. She is extremely efficient and remembers everything even if you only see her for yearly physicals. I would highly recommend her. I've been her patient for 13 years.

Awesome doctor! Don't be late for your appointment, because she is not late. I will never switch Doctors. She is very dedicated. She is attentive and persistent in diagnosing the problem. She has an excellent memory of your medical history, and always reviews your history at the beginning of every appointment. I just recommended her to a friend in Jupiter who is making the trek to see her.

Dr. Kubiak is the best GP I've ever had! She is always on time and her staff is friendly. She's personable and honestly cares about you! She pays attention to detail and actually saw that I had a stroke when I was 21, which was about 15 yrs ago, and asked if I had ever been tested for a specific blood disorder. I've been to many doctors and had many tests, all negative. No one has ever mentioned this disorder to me in the past. Turns out I'm positive and so are my daughters. I'm greatful that Dr. Kubiak has the knowledge and compassion to care for her patients!

Dr. Kubiak is very timely. She has wonderful recall for the details in your life and physical condition. I like her and think she is a very good doctor. On the premise is x-ray technician shared by several doctors. Her staff is very good also, except that one nurse who gives you reports is difficult to understand on the phone. She is so timely, that if you arrive late, you have missed your appointment.
