I really don't know how to keep my opinion short because he seriously changed my life, truly. I cried my eyes out after my first appointment...WITH JOY! After just one visit with Dr. Schacter. Why? Because he actually treated me on my first visit, no waiting or rebooking, No oh, your in pain, okay well come back in two weeks and we will see if we can fit you in, and it was also the biggest relief I felt in 1.5 years after seeing, 2 doctors, another chiro, a NEUROLOGIST and two massage therapist and I wont even tell you all the balls, devices and vibrating gizmos I have been told to purchase. I am a very exciting date now lol 1 and 1/2 years ago I woke with sore feet, I thought I was working to hard. So I took some time off from my part time job. It only got worse to the point I lost my ability to walk and my feet were curing in on themselves. I also started developing a hunch back. It developed slowly so I thought it was from sitting in a desk to much and was a progression of doing admin work for so many years. I chased solutions around for a over a year with one Chrio offering a 3000 sonic vibration treatment on my feet over 14 weeks. 3000$'s!!!!! . At this point I felt as a 33 year old I was going to have to start accepting that I may never walk properly again with no explanation no matter how much I stretched, rub, creamed up, used gizmos and got massages as well heading for orthotics! ORTHODICS AT 33! My friend forced me to call Jeff, not only was he funny, his energy is through the roof and he is professional. All of my appointments have been on time and completed in a timely manner. I actually call him the Spine whisper'er lol He nailed my issue at first glace. He asked me if I was having any back pain, I said no, and I thought I wasn't, but I can't walk, He said are you sure? I said yep! He laughed! lol And explained I had gotten use to a new normal...and boy was he right. All I can say is, I hobbled in a cripple with a hunch back on pained feet and Dr. Schacter treated me, again treated me, didn't turn me away and make me come back, treated me right then. With in minutes I was walking!! Yea like swinging my legs up and down his hallway! Yea, that's when the tears started. I couldn't believe it either. I was in total shock. That night I slept and when I woke up all the swelling in my back was gone...the hunch of my back was completely gone!! Turns out it was swelling not my back curving. I cried again and my supportive boyfriend was blown away too. We were very active and this impacted him immensely as well. I have pictures of my back and if I could post the pictures I would because its incredible! I really can't express how grateful I am for my friend, Dr. Jeff Schacter and my amazing boyfriend. This weekend I went cross country skiing and I walked Glenmore reservoir. A few weeks ago, I couldn't even walk to the corner store with out being in debilitating pain. Thank you Dr. Schacter and I will forever be thankful. I mean results may vary but my results have changed my life and I would recommend Jeff Schacter to everybody. He also didn't force treatment or tried to sell me stuff I didn't need or come up with this outrageous cost for treatment. I even asked, do I need this, should I get that, his response was lets focus on making you feel better today and if you really want to purchase something we can discuss it at that time I will not sell you anything. But if you want to discuss what these tools are meant for we can. Love this man on so many levels. Okay, I am going to cry again! lol Here's my story. I hope it encourages someone to not accept the discomfort and at least come see him and give him a try. If he cant help you, he wont. That was our first conversation. He will discuss alternative options. However, I had amazing results and I wanted to share the incredibly happy ending to one wild ride of a story.

Dr. Schacter and his team have been amazing! His adjustments combined with massage therapy from Brandi have helped to eliminate my lower back pain and muscle strain giving me back the flexibility I had in my 20's. I definitely recommend Dr. Schacter and the team at Tower Chiro!

Dr Jeff is one of the best things that has happened for my health! His treatments are super effective and he is very in tune with my body and what it needs. I've had other less experienced chiropractors be too rough and I paid the price. I trust that he has my best health in mind, which is why I refer him to everyone I know!

Dr. Schacter is not only a great Chiropractor but a very nice person. He really cares and does not push you into treatment as the only alternative, rather, he would prefer to be one part of the solution advising you how to maintain a healthier approach to your issue. Jeff has helped me manage my back issue for a long time and I respect his knowledge, ability and bedside manner.

I'd say Schacter is pretty good at his business and I applaud his every effort. That said, I've found that leaving Schacter's clinic and finding a more down to earth one, was the best choice for me. I'm experiencing great results where I go now and, as it turns out, far more peacefully and at a better rate of return for my health-care dollar.

Dr. Schacter knew exactly what was wrong with me by just looking at my torso and after the first adjustment I was back to basic full mobility, something the previous chiro was unable to do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Schacter helped my back and neck problems, helping me to see it was coming from the alignment of my pelvis, which was later confirmed by a specialist in another field. Great results, very caring and flexible with the needs (last minute appointments or afternoon times needed because of work, needing to leave early, not upset if I don't show up as often as I should, etc.). Definately recommendable!
