My family and I have been a patient with Dr. Tung since 15 years ago. I am coming forth now after so long because I have been encouraged to share my story of sexual assault when I was a minor (8-9 years old). During an eye examination for a family member, Dr. Tung reached and touched my crotch area in the dark and without my consent. I do not believe Dr. Tung should remain in practice with his predatory behavior yet our voices have not been heard. Please keep my story in mind and share this with anyone that is vulnerable while looking to visit Dr. Tung.

This doctor will falsely tell you things that is not true even after seeing a specialist. Me mad comment to the situation made everyone gets worried. When we told him that wasn't what the specialist said and he just said “never mind”. I feel like he needs to say things carefully and not just bluffing.

has used his medical license to inappropriately and sexually assault patients. Has an open case on the bc registry and is not allowed to perform physical exams on females without supervision

I am a new patient, but my wife is their long term patient. He has a good reputation. I think I like him. We are advised that if dont want to wait we can book early as first patients of the day. I waited for 10 minutes. Not bad. The reception is OK.

Even with an appointment you're left waiting for at LEAST 45 minutes passed your appointment time. they really need to learn how to not over book. I made my appointment for 3:00 and didn't get in until 415 which made me very annoyed.

Disrespectful. He doesn't listen to his patients and scolds them a lot. Waiting time is always over an hour and when he sees you, its like he's in a hurry. While we were still talking, he stood up and opened the door, its like he wants us to leave right away. I had a terrible experience!

He can not please everyone and I think a doctor should not try to please anyone such as drug seeking patients. My friend and I only occasionally visit him but both of us are happy with the clinic.

I think the staff is simply perfect. The interaction between the doctor and his patient is friendly and respectful. That is my family impression over years.
