The BEST GP I have ever had! Always willing to go that extra mile to help. So knowledgeable. Of course, there is always a bit of a wait but that is not Dr.Whan nor the clinic staff fault.

Dr. Whan is an amazing doctor who has helped me for years. She takes her time with every patient. She will refer to specialists and do whatever she can to make sure people get the proper treatment. Love her.

I love dr.whan, she takes her time and is very helpful. She has sent me to 2 specialist to make sure I was getting the best care. She is friendly and she shows she cares about her patients. Sometimes appointments are running behind, but its because she actually listens to her patients concerns.

Be aware, this is an incompetent doctor who missed by boyfriend's melanoma completely. When he finally went to the specialist, he was shocked that any "professional" could have missed it. She's quick with a prescription pad but is just not a smart person!

We really like Dr. Whan for our family GP. The fact that she is a young mother makes me more comfortable taking my children there. She does spend extra time understanding the problem which unfortunately usually causes her to run way behind. At times she forgets things like giving you the prescription slip and punctuality is an issue however we trust her, like her and would recommend her. I don't mind that she looks things up or asks for advice from another doctor, at least I know she is being thorough.

I don't know why there are 2 ratings for her, but I love Dr. Whan. She's usually running behind because she actually listens to her patients and finds out the cause of the problem, instead of just assuming she's seen it before and giving a general solution. She's friendly, easy to talk to, and very caring.

She is very hard to get an appointment with, I have probably only seen her three times and she has been my doctor for years. I often have to take whatever doctor is available at the clinic. Also, when I wanted the Hep A vaccine, she had no idea what it was called and had to look it up. I don't think that that is an uncommon vaccine to get.

Very disappointed with availability. Have to wait 6-8 months for a physical appointment.Never able to see her when needed must use after hours clinic most times.Clinic staff have at most times been very rude. Not very helpful and find that if you are waiting for a referral you have to keep constantly calling clinic to remind them that you are waiting for one. Feel that she needs to put more effort into maintaining a more professional personality and to expect them same from her staff.
