The receptionist needs to retire, she clearly hates her jobs and all the patients. Very rude, grumpy lady.

1. Rude staff. The secretary would never pick up the phone, only call me back. Even after I just miss the call and called her right back, she would not pick up the phone. Spend weeks playing phone tag.
2. Show up on time, asked to wait as he has to see another, one of his elderly patients. This happened on several occasions.
3. Useless. Keeps conversations brief, when I ask additional question, he told me to come again to find out.
4. Not knowledgeable at all, rude and in a rush to get rid of you. Avoid this doctor at all costs - he is rude, provides only the most basic checkup and on top of that is even difficult to get hold of due to his incompetent secretary.

Worst doctor ever... everything wrong with the guy that people said is true. He's worse than that though. There's a reason why you only see old people at his office. If he screws up no one will find out. He practices something but it isn't medicine. He's an a@@hole 1000% and his secretary too. Run from this guy. Run!!!! You have 5 mins to try to talk medicine with this idiot and he doesn't listen. And he is retaliatory about something he makes up in his head like he's paranoid. He needs to see a real doctor and his secretary too. Neither should ever be allowed to deal with people for any reason.

Good rapport with this doctor. Sometimes he is a bit busy and you have to wait a bit.

Last time my parents went to this doctor was about a year and half ago. This doctor did not treat my parents well. Was rude and irritated. Used short, abrupt phrases at best. Recommended my mother a gallbladder operation ( that arguably could have been avoided ), when she questioned him if it can be avoided, he barked :"Operation, or Death!" I guess, taking 5 minutes to explain something to an old person is beyond his understanding of Doctor's duty. Very unemphatic, not sure why he chose this profession. A good businessman, though. Tried to push his $200 per year for an easy access to him by phone. After my parents declined, his behavior towards them became even more abrupt. I transferred my parents to another MD, whom we are very happy with. I am not sure why Dr. Bohdan Olearczyk think he diminish old patients with his rudeness and carelessness- the way he is going one day someone will report him to CPSO!

This a**hole demands you give him an extra $200 to treat you yearly. Bogdan Olearczyk should be fined and sentenced in prison. Worst doctor in history. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!

He always rushes you on visits (visit last 5 minutes or less for me) although he spends a lot of time with some special clients talking frivolously, while others wait in delay.

Olga was very impolite and told me not to “knock like that” on the door and reprimand as need me like a child. I’m 70. I brought my father who is 97 for a consultation and she decided to “teach” me a lesson. We were waiting for for over 25 minutes in the waiting room outside.

I like this guy. Has always been able to help me. Recently spent a long time dealing with a large number of skin tags that I brought to him. I think he was surprised, yet bent to the task of removing them with good humour. Time management is not a strong suit but he always looks after me well.
