she is not professional doctor or maybe she doesn't learn in her home how to respect people. she is very rude. and doesn't respect the patients. Wait time is way too long! Rushes with the patients!! she wants to make easy money. Hard to call her office to book appointment always she blocks the calls. when you come to discuss your result, she said always we didn't receive it yet, after long time waiting!! i think if she back to work in Egypt is good for her Canada is not for her.

really good doctor and very knowledgable in giving information to the patient. She explains everything in detail and makes sure she doesnt miss anything that may have been overlooked. She has eased my anxiety and helped my family over the years with her compassion and efforts. there is a wait time, but every doctor's office will make you wait- so it really doesnt matter , esp. with the shortage of doctors now. I also notice alot of patients try to manipulate their way after being late or not having appointments. Maybe if everyone was respectful and came on time,things would move faster- but everyone now adays just wants to complain if they dont get their way. no wonder alot of doctors are not accepting new patients.

Her assistant seems to be reluctant to book appointments and inquire persistently why the family doctor referred in the first place when your thyroid results are all over the place..

Wait time is excessively long. Rushes patients, doesn't take the time to listen, always have to beg for things needed when in pain etc.

really a bad doctor form my experience and for my family...............she is looking for easy money. she is always overbooking people and you need to wait for 2-3 hours just like this. she is working with 1 assistant and needs to rest after each 1.5 hours and to do her MAKE-UP
Also, she always stands near the door and talk to you without even check you just asking few question then................asking you to do a blood work (analysis) then ask you to call the assistant yo book another appointment to discuss the result (usually the assistant doesn't🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 answer the phone and block incoming calls).

Dr was very unhelpful and rude and would not release info on vaccines. Gave rx for publicly funded vaccines and refused to release info to the health department. Waited on phone for 15 minutes on hold to get simple info from Dr.
