Staff was rude and not nice I waited for hours to see the doctor.

1-3 hour wait times for 5 minute "consultations" (which is what they are). Empty conversations, no information, just "do you want surgery or not, and if not, I can't help you." Seems to be only in it for the money.

Dr Mounsey is a great Doctor very kind and gentle, very easy to talk with about any issue or information that you may require. He is also very honest with his patients; he has a great staff whom are very polite and always ready to help when needed. Thank's again DR. Mounsey, M. Henry

Dr. Mounsey is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He performed surgery on my neck with great success, I experienced minimal bruising and recovered quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about his abilities and the professional yet pleasant way he interacts with his patients.

My family doctor referred me to Dr. Mouncey due to chronic sinus issues. X-rays had previously indicated to my GP that my sinuses were too tight in the sinus cavity, making breathing difficult. I'd been using nasal steroids for years to reduce the sinuses and was ready for a more permanent solution. A CAT scan ordered by Dr. Mouncey revealed I needed three procedures; turbinate reduction, septoplasty and some other Latin term I can't recall that I think referred to straightening my ceptum (which looked like a corkscrew on the CAT scan). Dr. Mouncey did a fantastic job, I'm now breathing properly, which I now realize I probably never had before. Surgical recovery was easy, I only needed three Tylenol 3's throughout the whole recovery. 9 months later everything is still perfect. Dr. Mouncey is extremely thorough and knowledgable, follow-up care has been great also. I'd not only recommend him, I'd use him for anything else I ever needed.

Dr. Mounsey preformed Rhinoplasty on me, in which he fixed my deviated septum. I had a very flat and wide tip, and did not have much of a bridge. I am very pleased with the way my nose has turned out, and I feel more confident with the way I look. Dr. Mounsey listen carefully to my concerns and issues that I had with my nose, and was very honest with how much he could or couldn't do. I recommend him!

Dr.Mounsey is a great doctor! I've been seeing him for several years regarding keloids on my ears which he injects to keep from growing. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful doctor, which is why he has been my doctor for many years.

very grateful for the health care and advice received from dr. robert mounsey for last 10.5 years. there is a commute of more than an hour by ttc to get to his clinic. each visit to the clinic is well spent for my medical need.

Excellent surgeon. Very caring and he knows a great deal. Highly recommend. He did a superb job, my scars are invisible.
