Dr. Minz and staff were wonderful! I've had a few difficulties with other ENTs not helping and forcefully shoving the microscope up my nasal passages. Dr. Minz was so gentle and expertly guided the microscope without any issues. She's straightforward and kind. I would recommend her to anyone!

I saw Dr Minz for my son who has had a blocked nose for months and associated breathing problem. She did not examine him properly, only looked in his nose for 1 sec with a light. Dr Minz said his problems are due to allergies and said we needed to see an allergist (she did not want to see him again). Several months later, he has now been seen by an allergist who said my son's problems do not seem to be because of allergies and who referred him to a different ENT. The new ENT examined him properly and found that his adenoids are almost completely obstructing his nasal passages and recommended surgery to remove the adenoids. Dr Minz would have discovered the same 6 months ago had she just examined him properly. This would have avoided all the associated problems which come with a constantly blocked nose/constant mouth breathing (e.g., sleep problems, speech problems).

Such a bad experience with this doctor. I was referred to her by my family doctor for my 4 yr son as he had a few breathing problems. This doctor came and checked my son's nose with a torch, and said "omg mom he has a deviated septum' that's why he's not able to breathe properly. That's it!! She didn't check him even once. I asked her what can help my son breath better. She replied "sorry mom I can't help you. You have to wait until your son turns 18 for his surgery to be done."

It was an awful experience. Doctors are supposed to check their patients properly and answer every concerns they have. I will not recommend or encourage anyone to go to this doctor!

Dr Minz is my daughters ENT. She is fabulous and so is her staff. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She has been following her for almost 3 years now as she put tubes in her ears and has had recurrent ear infections. Highly recommend her.
