I saw Dr. Mounsey for a rhinoplasty and injectables. Dr. Mounsey came recommended to me by a family doctor because I was having nasal problems. He is excellent and extremely knowledgeable about his work. Dr. Mounsey was very thorough and I am very happy.

This is the worst doctor ever.... if I could give this doctor a negative star I would.... The receptionist is the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with behind this doctor.... The treat you as they see you a payment.... avoid at all costs .... you could see 20 other doctors before they would contact you with your results.... negative zero stars across the board for this guy and his horrible staff

My name is Luis V. I got an appointment by June 09 ,20016 at 1:00 pm when I arrived the staff there are very arrogant specially the secretary Brandy ,she is so rude, arrogant ,discourteous, as a potential client I was badly treated for her and, as if that were not enough she told me that the Dr. Mounsey had left 30 minutes before my appointment because he had a meeting . Really bad experience going there.

Dr. Mounsey has been very nice and respectful to me however, my experience are as follows:
I have been waiting since last OCT,2015 for his secretary to call me for an appointment for a test recommended by the doctor. They are not that nice on the phone, therefore , I physically went to the office on March 15th, 2016 to follow-up with my appointment. His secretary told me she is busy and cannot attend to me until half an hour later. I pointed out to her the requisition form and told her that I have been waiting since last Oct, she rudely stared at me and told me, "Oh that is the job of the appointment secretary" and that I have to wait until she calls me. To date, no calls. Needless to say, I will be looking for another doctor

He basically left the room before I could even ask any questions. That scope left my throat sore and worsened my symptoms.

Worse experience ever. just keeps putting the tube down my nose each time. He would never look up at me. He would just sit and look at his laptop and would not explain any test results. Rude, uncaring, stands up and dismisses us before we felt we were finished. takes that i might have cancer like choosing what to have for dinner. so rude. i am worried if he has to perform surgery..He kept saying maybe cancer but no explanations, kept ordering test after test..receptionist rude and incompetent. still waiting for confirmation of cancer or not.

Very bad experience !!! He nerver looked me when he talking to me, just looking at his laptop, and just put a very long tube inside my nose without any notice , I was feeling very dis-comfortable-it was very painful, I was watering, tearing, coughing .....my face, eyes all getting red, and he said he did't find anything, and just said to take a CT scan, I will not going back again, he need to be tain to be more care of his patients and respectful

I took my nephew to see this doctor because my nephew was having a really bad ear infection for a month. He came in for only 2 minutes and opened his laptop and sat down. Ge wasn't much help at all. I felt like I did all the talking. He was very uncaring and rude. I wouldn't let him treat my nephew ever again.
