Visits to Dr. Park are unpleasant. His staff members are extremely snooty, rude and are not helpful at all. I had recently made an appointment to see him and when I finally did, he threatened to take me off his patient list because I had visited an after-hours clinic a couple days prior due to a bladder problem that caused me a great deal of excruciating pain. A few days later, I had called to make another appointment because the antibiotic he had prescribed was magnifying the pains in my lower back, shoulders, and I was experiencing shortness of breath as well as cold sweat. The secretary (rude yet again) ordered me to take the antibiotics for a week and if the situation got worse to call back. I do not recommend the services or Dr. Park especially if you're looking for a doctor who will at least give you 10-15 minutes of his time to properly diagnose and listen to what you have to say.

He may b e a very knowledgeable doctor but I must agree his secretary is very hard to deal with and often pushy in her ways and you cannot understand her and when you ask questions to her you are in for fast and offensive answers/orders. I find Dr. Park to be pleasant if you can deal with him yourself now that he has moved to a new location which does not benifit patients at all. You will now get about 2 minutes if that with him and the rest is left to nurses to give shots etc... As a family doctor I find he is no longer there for your family and if you ask for something that could be done you will be told here take this photocopy of the vaccination records and I will make you a new one next time. Everything will be set over for the next time as he does seem in too much of a hurry to get you in and out but to get you to come back again. That secretary though is the absolute worst. To get her to listen to after school hours, nothing works she gets snooty and why you ask evengs she say

No respect for appointment. always rushing. Don't take time to answer questions. Dismiss patient's concerns quickly with simplistic answers. Doesn't want to refer to specialists, always want to do everything at his clinic even if it's not his area of expertise. Misdiagnose a lot.

His staff tend to be curt and often impatient. Very true. Expect to wait at least 1 hour even if you make an appointment.

I find Dr. Park to be somewhat aloof. He is quiet and distant, not at all warm and comforting. His staff tend to be curt and often impatient. Appointments with him always seem to be rushed, and he's impatience for questions is often evident. Finally, Dr. Park once mistook an antibiotic that I asked him about for an anti-fungus. All in all, I've met better physicians.

Waiting for him takes some time even with appointment but he is very good when it comes to our care and explains everything.

I've found that Dr. Park is helpful and considerate. I have only once had to wait more than 10-15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see him, and I don't have trouble making appointments with one or two days notice (or even same-day sometimes). I recently visited him for vaccinations prior to a holiday, and he did further research to determine whether additional vaccinations were required or recommended for the region I was visiting. I have found him to be thorough in physicals. In addition, there is a pharmacy and lab in the same building and both run very good businesses - this saves me lots of time! Though I find him to be fairly quiet, he seems quite knowledgeable.

Dr Park seems to be very considerate and thoughtful. But, I found him to be very rushed, even at first times in the morning. How can he see three patients at the same appointed time (3 exam rooms). My annual physical was less than 10 minutes and I was not asked to remove any clothing. As a male over 50, I expected a thorough exam, including digital prostrate, but was really just set up for a battery of lab exams.
