The front desk receptionist is not very polite. His bedside manner isn't probably the best in the city either. Other than that, I felt that Dr Park is very knowledgeable and knows how to fix my problems.

Wow can't say enough, very very rude front desk staff plus dr park isn't even considerate. Poor body language (absolutely 0 eye contact) Poorest bedside manner, he would probably have been sued multiple times if it was across the border to the south. If ur Korean, there are so many more better doctors around.

Horrible... Does not care about his patients. Shoots down your concerns, very condescending and rude. Front desk staff should be fired. Actually, the staff makes snarky comments at times; very rude.

I must agree his staff(Front desk lady!) is very rude and hard to deal with!! I've been going to dr.Park's office for years, but I can never get along with the staffs! time to get staff changed!=(

Front Desk Staff are horrible, Dr.Park does not care (little bedside manner) thinks your concern is not important, almost to the point of rude. He did not even look at my childs eye which was the primary reason I went, he spent less than 5 mins and told me to "wait for it to resolve" which may take between a week to a month or longer. This is what I waited a week and a half for this information? Trying to book an appointment with his office is next to impossible, the front desk actually told me that you need to know a week in advance that you will be sick and would need an appointment! I will not be returning to his office and will be pulling my whole family out of his practice.

Do not recommend this doctor and his staffs. By far, the worst people in the field I had to deal with. Vicent is always rushing for you to leave and his staffs are rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. **** em.

We as a family been going to Dr. Park for more than 3 years now. As a medical profressional service provider, his frontdesk manager is his wife (very pool human being), I believe he has another Korean staff (that probably is his daughter). The staff is very rude. He does not give more than a min per appointment and seems to be a careless professional. In most cases that myself or my family, he has not provided no medical advice that was credible. He grossly undermines our medical condition and has not in a single cases provided a satisfactory treatement plan. When I broke my left wrist, he advised me nothing but to relax. I had to get proper treatment from Credit Valley Hospital. He is a sweet talker but a very pathetic medical profresional.

I've been going to Dr. Park for years, I like dealing with him, but not his staff. One of the staff is very rude rude rude!

Whenever I meet him after long waiting, his foot is almost already ready to get out the office, he never spend more than 5 minutes with patients and due to the feeling he rushes, I always forget to ask some questions.. He is very polite but not comforting.
