I appreciate Dr Ahmed's flexibility - she informs me of when shots are normally done, however respects my right as a parent to decline or delay them. An area that could use improvement is her timeliness, it is very difficult to have to wait an extra 30+ minutes with children. Also her office staff is not very knowledgeable.
