Terribly condescending physician. Has absolutely zero bedside manner, all she cares about is moving on to the next person. She needs to retire because her heart clearly isn't in it.

Extremely rude. Does not listen to your concerns, in a rush to get you out the door. I was treated the same way as the poster below me, she told me my radicular pain symptoms were due to stress and depression and asked multiple times whether I was 'depressed' in a very condescending way. I will never go back to this doctor, and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this witch.

Literally the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She was so rude, didn't listen to a word I said, didn't check my temperature, heartrate or lungs, basically told me I was lying about my symptoms that I've been having for THREE MONTHS. She said that I'm feeling "bone pain", when really it's my lymph nodes. I work in healthcare and I know the difference between a frickin BONE and a lymph node. She was beyond condescending, telling me I'm fine (I know my body, and I am NOT fine), and pretty much shooed me out the door. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor. She is awful. Avoid her at all costs if you can. She probably graduated Med school in 1930 too. I can't wait to find out what's really wrong with me and for this to come back on her. She works as a walk-in doctor at MCI The Doctor's Office on 130th, I would suggest you run out the door if you find that she will be your attending doctor.

Listened to my concerns for my son. Helped come up with solutions. Referred me to a specialist when I asked.

Dr. Paul is a joke of a doctor. Saw her (my Dr. was away and she was a fill in) because I had fevers for the last 10 days and a pain in my chest. I have recently finished breast cancer treatment so I know my immune system is low. I told her I had been flying and in an area where they have valley fever. She did not know what Valley fever was but I asked her if I could have a blood test for it and she told me there wasn't one. NOT TRUE! I know that there is. After giving me a piece of paper for a blood and urine test she held the door open for me to get out. She did not take my temperature, bloop pressure, listen to my chest, in other words she did nothing. When I asked her about a chest X ray she said my chest is fine. How does she know that! Went to the hospital day after and as it turns out I have pneumonia. Terrible Doctor. Do not go to her. She is lucky that it didn't turn out to be more than pneumonia. Who doesn't check a previous cancer patients chest or get an X ray done!

Dr. Paul need to be retrained (but she's tooo old for that). She wants you only answering, yes doctor, she isn’t interested in referring you to the right specialist, and really doesn't show interests in helping you resolve your health issue(s). Her staff needs an overhaul (they’re impatient and impertinent). I cease going to her 4 years ago because a few times I questioned information she gave about my menopausal state. I guess she felt I was showing her up and she's the one that went to medical school. There are many more family physicians accepting new patients in Calgary. Once you can leave, leave...LIFE IS TOO SHORT....SHE'S NOT WORTH IT.

Very disappointed with Dr. Paul; She's nice and takes time to listen to your problem, but doesn't take the initiative to find out what the cause or solution is. I went in because I abruptly started having issues seeing out of one eye, after chatting with her she came back with a couple of pills to deal with migraines and left. I had to follow her as she ran into her office to persist about the problem with my vision - she said my vision was fine!! No, Dr. Paul, why would I take time off work and spend an afternoon visiting a doctor about problems with my vision if my vision was fine?

NO! She told us to Google to find our solution. As above we felt like we were an inconvenience. Do not want to ever go back to her, and she was completely useless!

I'm not sure Dr. Paul has a passion for medicine. She certainly doesn't take a keen interest in her patients. My family has gone to her clinic for years. She doesn't seem to recognize us during appointments. I know she has many patients but...we have been seeing her for many years. Also, she is quick to refer us to a specialist when needed without really exploring the problem with us first. Don't get me wrong, we like her - we just don't think that quality of care is necessarily the main concern when things get busy at her clinic.
