Worst experience ever seeing a doctor. She asked me what medication I wanted her to prescribe for me. Isn't that kind of up to the doctor???? I thought she might know better than me.

Rude and just writes up an x-ray request. Doesn't ask questions, doesn't do any test, just there to collect a paycheck. Terrible doctor highly do not recommend

My experience was exactly the same as most of the others listed. She is rude, dismissive and extremely unthorough. She runs the risk of getting a complaint to the College. Her lack of thoroughness is surely going to result in negligence. Avoid at all costs.

Went to see this doctor as a walk in patient for a knee issue. Her "bedside manner" was non existent, even after she was 15 minutes late to the clinic opening. She walked right over to her keyboard without even looking at me. I explained the reason for my visit (which was to ask for referral for an x-ray) and was quickly told that this will not do any good. She never examined my knee or asked any questions about my condition. I know she is not my regular physician, but really? After almost insisting she finally gave me the form. Funny because the next day at my ultrasound ADC did an x-ray as well. I guess it wasn't a waste of time after all! I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor before, she is awful. This clinic is great and they need to get a replacement for her ASAP.

Terrible, terrible doctor. I cannot believe people like her exist. She makes you feel awful when doctors are supposed to be a source of reassurance and comfort in a time of illness. Avoid!!

I won’t see her again! Felt like I wasted my time. She didn’t even say goodbye when the appointment was over. Just walked out I wasn’t sure if I should stay or go.

Very rude doctor. Does not care what you have to say. More interested in moving on to the next patient than even trying to listen to your concerns or helping you. It's very sad that doctors like her exist. I had not even finished talking when she just got up, held the door open and motioned for me to leave the room. She makes you feel even worse! Luckily I went to another walk-in clinic in Douglas Woods where I saw Dr. Chinwe Osondu who was absolutely lovely, she actually took the time to listen to me and solved my problem (With SWABS, A PRESCRIPTION and a FOLLOW UP in 2 weeks). Dr. Asha Paul at the 130th ave walk-in is incompetent to say the least.

If this is the same Dr. A. Paul who works at 130th Ave SE walk in clinic in Calgary, I cannot say enough good about her. She was absolutely wonderful with me. I do not have a family doctor and the issue I had was a bit on the "unconventional" side but she was open, friendly, and UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful. I do not understand those below comments about cold and rude as THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I have never had a more helpful Doctor in a walk in clinic. She even took even more time than necessary with me when I did not completely understand how to use the medication she prescribed, even though it was a walk in and other patients were waiting. (not that I wanted to keep others waiting of course but I have been very rushed at walk ins before). Never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. I am going to look into if she is accepting new patients. A wonderful doctor and I would recommend to anyone, especially at that clinic.

She was so cold and rude when confirming my pregnancy. When I excitedly asked her what my next steps were she told me that another Dr in her office can only send referrals but she was on holidays for 3 more weeks. Ok, so I asked can you put in the referral for me as I cannot wait that long to get the ball rolling for my 1st Ultrasound. She said no, I cannot and walked out of the room without saying goodbye lol. What an awful experience after finding out my husband and I are pregnant with our first child!
