Excellent doctor. Takes the time to understand instead of herding people in and out like cattle. I have been with him for over a decade and have never thought of using another doctor.

One of the very few psychiatrists out there that will take their time to assist their patients, no mater how long it takes. He is very knowledgeable and has been studying Psychiatry since 1969. He takes his job seriously and is committed to the patients needs...always willing to listen and work towards recovery. I Highly Recommend Dr. Rutledge. He's unlike 80% of the other psychiatrists out there that will only take a 15 minute diagnosis and toss you some pills...what kind of mental therapy is that? These types of doctors should get their Medical licenses taken away. That is a major issue with the psychiatric field/mental health field today...too many doctors are focused on "trying" instead of doing. The bottom line comes down to what is sold to them by the drug manufacturers in-order to push new drugs. Very sad. The Map Is Not the Territory.
