I really appreciate Dr. Ewert. She’s been a great support to me and my family since 2005 - and I’m in my best health ever at age 57 thanks to her - and Jazzercise - which I continue to enjoy fully due to her care!

This Dr.'s receptionist is extremely rude and it takes forever to get my prescription faxed into my pharmacy.

Dr. Ewert has been my doctor for decades. I feel so grateful to have her. It amazes me to see some of the negative reviews. Sure, she is rarely on time, but quite frankly, I’m happy to wait, as I know I will get her time and attention when it’s my turn. She really knows her stuff, keeps an open mind, and refers as necessary. And Val is awesome. I find her friendly, helpful, and if you get to know her a bit, she has a great sense of humour. Guess they’re a love “em or hate “em clinic. Thankful I fall in the first category. Please keep going through these turbulent times Dr. Ewert. Many of us deeply appreciate the care you give :)

I am a healthcare practitioner who has worked in general practice and as a specialist. Based on my experience both Val and Dr Ewert are each professional, smart, caring people who are each providing excellent care in a very difficult health care climate we are in right now. I feel very privileged being a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ewerts for over 10 years. I can honestly say, especially in the current medical practice environment that I am grateful for her and her staff. I have experienced, first hand, her ability to advocate on my behalf in a challenging health care industry and have been the recipient of some of the best patient centred care ever - Thank you Dr. Ewert!!

Her office is busy!! I don't know how Val and the others manage to get so much accomplished - but they do! Thank you to all of you!

A special thank you to Val. I have heard patients remarks and wonder how she manages to continue to support and assist those particular people. I would not have the patience or kindness that she practices when dealing with people who are challenged dealing with their failing health. She shows empathy and concern with patience and integrity. Thank you Val.

I have read a few comments about Val the receptionist.. It is very sad to me to see there are people on here bashing her, you might want to think about how RUDE you are to do that , it also makes you a very UNKIND person to think it is ok to say horrible things about another human being, just trying to do her job the best she can with all the pressures of a very busy clinic , with a hard working Doctor. Yes Val can sometimes be a little abrupt, but she tells it like it is, she is very hard working, always incredibly busy when I have gone in there, I am sometimes shocked at how much she is doing at one time, I have heard her on the phone and she is very kind and caring, deals with sometimes very complicated situations and I can see it is very hard on her when she can not help someone in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with Val she is always kind and caring and will go out of her way to help in anyway she can, when you ask her with kindness, you kindness back... Until you work at her desk you shouldn't judge. The medical system is failing everyone. Dr. Ewert works long hours, sometimes well into the evening, and on her weekends and even on her own holidays.. I can't say that for a lot of Doctors out there that do that. I am sorry for those that feel you would rather go to a walk in, than come to her clinic... but I wish you luck in that.. as I hear if you have a GP walk ins will no longer see you.... I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Ewert as my doctor especially with this very broken system we are all experiencing , and Thank you VAL for doing such a hard job with it all. I APPRECIATE YOU, !

The receptionist is the worst I have ever met. VAL. There is no way she has not been complained about and yet she still has her job. I will say if it was not for a severe Doctor shortage, this practice would go down because of Val alone.

Dr. Ewert is hands down the best Dr. I have ever had or hope to have … her hands are full … but you are never forgotten and often she reaches out in the evenings or on the weekends if needed … all Dr.’s are facing enormous challenges and all I can say is that I truly feel Dr. Ewert has my best interests at heart and very grateful to have her in charge of my health … to Dr. Ewert this isn’t just a profession or a job it is her ‘calling’ and she has helped me on many levels more than she will ever know … thank you Dr. Ewert and staff I am ever so grateful … !

I cannot begin to emphasize how terrible my partners experience with Dr. Ewert have been. She has always been late to scheduled appointments, been extremely rude throughout the allotted time, spoke about confidential results from tests infront of patients, zero follow up on exams and more. The final straw eas the last appointment we had. It may take awhile, but once we find a new family doctor we are done. Walk in clinics are even better at this point!
