Very professional and efficient Doctors office - minimal waiting, appointments were on time, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Pollock was professional, knowledgeable, and the process was a breeze - far better than I ever imaged the process would be. I have nothing but praise for Dr, Pollock and his staff.

Well that was interesting.
No doubt Dr. Pollock knows what he's doing, is proficient, and recovering time for a vasectomy using his technique is minimal.
But wow!
Hands down the worst bed-side manner I have ever experienced. While sitting in the decrepit 'recovery room' five mins after, Dr Pollock walked in to ask me what I was here for (meaning he didn't recognize his patient from five mins earlier with my pants down) ... I must of declined the so-called VIP package five times throughout the process.

All the staff were super-friendly (except for the receptionist and she was only momentarily rude after declining the 'package' (multiple times).

My favorite part is when he asked if 'I had any questions' ... as he walked out the room.
But, at the end of the day, what really matters is taken care of properly, so I'd recommend Dr. Pollock for vasectomies and just enjoy the 'candid camera' experience.

The staff at Dr. Pollock's office is very professional and caring, they do make you feel at ease. The procedure was pain free as advertised. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pollock to anyone who is interested.
