I had high hopes for my treatment with Dr. Stuart. Unfortunately, after “trusting the process” for almost two years, I was left in much worse condition, cosmetically and physically, than when I began. The results were absolutely nothing like what we had initially discussed. Dr. Stuart is excellent at promoting himself and telling you about how he’s the best of the best. He undoubtedly has a great deal of knowledge, but lacks humility when challenged. If you are looking for somebody to work with you on YOUR vision of what you want out of treatment — I would seek consultation and treatment elsewhere. I am still in shock at how far off the mark this treatment process was. I am finally receiving the treatment results (and comfort!) I envisioned with another validating provider. Trust your instincts. Orthodontic treatment is not to be taken lightly. When it feels and looks wrong, it probably is.

Clinically ,little to comment on as I am a layperson BUT Dr Stuart comes across as money -driven and arrogant.I think he is in danger of breaking his arm as he pats himself on the back so much LOL

Can't say enough positives about our experience here! The staff are friendly and helpful, the office is clean and professional, and Dr. Stuart is top notch. He knows his stuff, forms positive relationships with his patients, and gets results. He fixed my son's crossbite with Invisalign and answered all questions kindly and patiently. My son was only 9 when he began treatment, and Dr. Stuart always made him feel comfortable. The little extras that they always have here do not go unnoticed either....the bag of candy when treatment is done, hot chocolate during their winter carnival, it's these little extras that also make you feel valued as a client. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Stuart to anyone!

Dr. Stuart and his team have done an amazing job for our entire family. His knowledge of orthodontics is second to none. He is able to avoid surgery on many patients which is a big advantage to his approach to care. He is professional and kind and makes time to answer all questions that we have. His staff is also very friendly and professional making the visits to his office surprisingly enjoyable. He provides an extremely calm and caring approach to his work. The technology in his office is first rate and always on the cutting edge. I would strongly recommend this doctor to anyone considering orthodontic work.

Dr. Stuart is a superhero of dentist to my daughter. She developed the after her braces came off,no fault of the treatment. It happens sometimes and genetics played a factor. Long story short our family dentist referred her to a specialist which gave us the run around for 10 months. Once Dr. Stuart received a letter from the specialist,he made sure to bring her in to see him. He new right away what was going on,before even examining her. She was in extreme pain for a year,he said I will help make it right and get your jaw back in alignment. Put her back on invisaline for 5 months,on him. He is doing it for free. We both cried in pure relief that we finally got some help and answers. We are so thankful and blessed to have him as a Orthodontist!😁

I won't be returning to see him. The staff was lovely but this appointment was all about Dr Stuart. Direct quote "That's why I have 3 offices and a 4th one on the way." Everything that he accomplished with former patients he has apparently done on his own. "I" made her teeth look like this, "I" fixed this. It was off putting; especially as his assistant was sitting right there. There was a misogynistic feel to how he spoke to her and suggested that my dentist (whom he called by her first name) was very smart to send us to him. I would bet my house that he would not accept being called anything other than Dr Stuart. He promised my son that he could make his smile beautiful. I think it's beautiful right now. I'd rather him not put it in his head that it is not good enough or that it is something that needs to be fixed. I'm not sure that he has his patient comfort and care as his main priority. It seems to be all about his personal success and his sales pitch.

Dan is a ortho magician, what he pulled off with my teeth is literally jaw dropping. He went out of his way to find a whole new technology to assist my specific case and I couldn’t be happy. Thrilled with the results, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

So far, my experience at Dr. Stuart's office has been less than ideal.. Kind staff, but Stuart himself is extremely rude and always seems in such a hurry (Not even 30 seconds per patient?). The only time he will pay attention to your case will be at the sales consultation.

I would not recommend Dr. Dan Stuart . He did a decent job of my teeth but he took my braces off prematurely and I ended up needing Invisalign for an additional year after a year and a half in braces . My result was okay. I expected a better result based off his confidence, but this was the least of my issues with Dr. Dan Stuart. The way he treats his hygienist and assistants is completely unacceptable. On countless occasions he would give his hygienist direction regarding my treatment to write in the notes on my file and the next appointment when they would read his direction back to him he would act like they were stupid for making such recommendations. These recommendations that he made that they were just repeating back to him, and he would belittle the staff ( right in front of me ) and suggest that these were outrageous directions. This happened at absolutely every appointment I went to. I always felt so bad for his staff , they were all so sweet and knowledgeable but they have this chauvinistic man of an employer. As a woman of the same age as most of his Staff I always felt so sad for the women working there knowing this was a regular occurrence. It’s one thing to belittle your staff in front of children who likely don’t understand the working dynamics, but as an adult I always felt the tension , I felt how bad these women were feeling when their boss would attempt to make them feel stupid. Every appointment I would apologize to the staff that this is what they had to deal with because I always left with an overwhelming sense of sadness and guilt knowing this was going on. If you care about the treatment of the employees providing the treatment to you or your children just so elsewhere . This man does not deserve your service.
