Same experience as others here, it was all great until I had a question/concern and then was treated as an inconvenience she had no time for, glad I realized this before starting treatment with her.
Impatient and even a little insulting to me and about my dentist who dared to ask her a question.
I’ll take my insurance elsewhere.

Dr. GRACE Richardson and the entire staff are extremely professional, friendly and skilled. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. I feel that the result achieved with my Invisaligns exceeds my expectations. What a great team!

Dr. Richardson was excellent. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and a very nice person. She developed a treatment plan for me that worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my results. Her staff was fantastic as well, very efficient, friendly, and accommodating. A great team. If someone in your family is considering orthodontics, I highly recommend Dr. Grace Richardson.

Awful she doesn’t even seem to care once ur 6 months into your treatment . All that matters is that your teeth have changed from what they where. no straight or good but just better then when you started. This is not what you pay for! And it you have concerns or want changes good luck with her listening. Also after braking my brackets more then two times is 2.5 years started charging me when it wasn’t even my fault. After getting my braces off and being not happy I went to another orthodontist and he completely changed how my smile looked, wish i would have went there in the first places would of saved me the 8500 she charged me

Seen her for 3 years and she tools my braces off knowing I wasn’t happy and my teeth where crowded and just said that they are straight and how my teeth should be, 2 months after my braces came off I went to another orthodontist and they completely changed how my smile looked in 7 months, beyond happy but said I ever went to her in the first place. Don’t waste your money and child’s time with her.

Wow, I feel like people who are giving Dr. Richardson bad reviews have not been to the same orthodontist I've been! I saw 2 other orthodontists who left me very skeptical, before I decided to see Dr. Richardson. She has literally changed my life. I've been too many dentists, doctors and specialists in my life and Dr.Richardson is by far the most professional, helpful and caring health professional I have ever met. All I can say this, chances are if you or your child didn't get the results your were expecting, you didn't follow her directions. And as far as her not answering questions, again, you must have been to different orthodontist.

Amazing Dr and Staff my son has Williams Syndrome and she was phenomenal with him and with me as well, my 2nd son is now her patient and he just loves her too.

I have one child in treatment with Dr. Grace Richardson right now and I don't know what you people are talking about. My first visit did cost $75.00 - is her time not valuable??? I also received a wonderful letter before I visited her office outlining what to expect that day and how much it would cost - did you people not read yours! My child has been in treatment one year and any question or concern is answered very quickly and kindly...stop complaining people and look at yourself

Started out ok with the treatment, but when trying to ask questions directly to the staff & the Dr. you run in to problems with them wanting to answer you. If the child is shy about asking questions, they do not seem to want the parent to question what is happening with the treatment plan. Will not be letting any of my other children go to her if needing braces.

I recently completed orthodontic treatment at Dr. Richardson's office, her staff were fantastic, always made me smile and laugh while I was in the chair. Receptionists are rude and cranky most times though. I would recommend this Orthodontic office to friends and family needing braces.
