I completed my visit with Dr. Kopaniak. I cannot say enough how amazing and thoughtful she is. Very caring doctor and so helpful. She spent a good amount of time with me and never rushed me until i personally said I have no other questions. I highly recommend her, and from now on she will be our only family doctor we will be seeing. Thank you so much for your awesome help Dr. Kopaniak. Your are the best.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. When I asked her a simple question, she literally laughed and mocked me. Making fun of the question I had and also making a comment about me being a brat. I’ve never been so disgusted with someone in my life. Avoid her at all cost.

Extremely rude and condescending, she actually laughed in my face when I was trying to explain my symptoms. This woman does not know how to treat people with respect and courtesy, and should not be a medical professional. Absolutely awful experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. She was extremely rude from the beginning of our conversation to the end. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. Her sarcasm and attitude was disgusting when I was trying to remember what spray I needed. Literally the worst conversation with a doctor I have ever had.

I think there is something seriously wrong with this woman.
This is the worse doctor I have even seen. I had exactly the same experience as other people on this board. The smirks, the rudeness, standing in the doorway with an attitude, leaving the room when I am still taking and disappearing god knows where. She was totally unhelpful about the problem I had.

Rude, literally laughs/smirks if you try to explain your symptoms? I told her I had nerve damage (already diagnosed/confirmed) by a specialist and she again laughed and said "I don't think so." Um, ok?? Super condescending - my experience lines up with most the reviews on here. Wish I had reviews before seeing her.

Used her on TiaHealth and you could not pay me to ever speak with this human again. I've been having neurological issues for 10 years - simply wanted a referral. She was insanely dismissive - told me I just needed to drink more water. I'm passing out, losing my vision, puking, experiencing numbness in my arms to make a FEW symptoms but yes, I just need water. If you're looking to use an online doctor, use Dr. Vivian Wong or Dr. Shayamala Thinakaran who also work through TiaHealth/apple tree..they're both friendly and actually TRY to help, as a doctor should.

Completely unprofessional. She acknowledged how rude she was being, which was unprovoked. Unfortunately, instead of trying to do better/refer me to someone else, she continued to be rude and unhelpful and then didn’t do anything to help. Please see another medical professional for help.
