Because of football & hockey activities in my early years my back took a bit of a beating – especially football – everybody wants to kill the quarterback!
My back would go out about every 3 months. It would typically start by my leaning to one side and progress to the point where it would be difficult to get out of bed. A visit to the chiropractor would get me back in place but 3 months later I’d be back. I was told that eventually I may have to have back surgery to correct the problem.

I was introduced to Dr. Souvestre who told me that he was confident that he could correct the issue of why my back was going out.

I have not been to a chiropractor in about 8 years now!

While at the clinic I witnessed several of his patients have a life again.
Kids with epilepsy, chronic pain patients, etc.

Strongly recommend him!!!!!!!!!!!!

Several years ago I had a cycling accident where my pedal hit the pavement while I was making a turn. I fell and hit my helmeted head on the pavement while also absorbing some my fall with my outstretched arms. About an hour after the fall, and after riding home, not only were my wrists sore, but I noticed that my right shoulder and my right knee were as well. It seems they too struck the pavement, though at the time I had not noticed. The next day I could not walk and my shoulder gave me immense pain. Knowing of Dr. Souvestre's expertise in concussion and trauma, he opted to see him for an acupuncture treament, the first time I ever had such. It was a real eye-opener. After only three treatments over the course of one week, my shoulder was largely pain free, and was able to dispense with my crutches to walk. While I gave Dr. Souvestre a relatively low mark for punctuality, it is best to understand why. His services are in demand, and when unexpected emergencies arise, as was the case with me, he goes out of his way to squeeze you in rather than force you to wait for days in pain. In other words, he has a good excuse. He has a heart. Anyone who has ever had to use hospital emergency services well knows, you can wait for many hours before you see a doctor. While you might have to wait to see Dr. Souvestre, it's usually far less time than what you would at a hospital, so a small price to pay for such high end care.

Hallo Doc Phillipe,
I think it's time for a little report. First of all - my neck pain is gone and I'm actually able to work on my physical fitness, that feels great after this long period of inactivity.
To begin with the first 3 days, as you promised, I felt like being kicked by a horse. It's very hard to imagine that this is part of the healing process. But... from day 4 to 6, I felt something going on in my neck and upper back. a kind of positive "adjustment". Back in Germany, with the help of my physical therapist, I tried to convert it into flexibility and to ease of the less remaining tensions, with full success.
I am writing to thank you very much indeed for the highly professional and friendly service provided during my stay in Vancouver....

Greeting from Germany

This Dr is very knowledgable his staff is out to lunch! However his services are to exp and not 100 % accurate , you are paying for his west van life style and exp French taste. But history has shown that we can not fully trust the french man. And I also question why he left France? I don't like drs who take advantage of weak sick people. If his treatment were so affective health Canada would pay people open your eyes.

Dr. Souvestre is a very knowledgable and very detailed orientated. One of the best doctors for I know. His treatment is not cheap but I understand it took a lot of work to fix my brain issue with non-drug medical.

I also experienced Dr. Souvestre exaggerating the results and benefits of treatment. He is unclear and vague, and not only do I believe his services are overpriced, but I had to sacrifice many hours at work while dealing with increased symptoms despite being ensured that neither would happen. After discontinuing treatment, my symptoms were actually WORSE for months, which I was told was because I didn't complete the treatment (even though the treatment should have been completed by the time I left). The hour long procedures were also uncomfortable and often painful, but I was told they would be simple, painless, and I could be finished in 10 minutes. Though Dr. Souvestre seems knowledgable about many things, I did not feel that he provided concrete evidence for his work at Neurokinetics. His supporting research particular to these procedures was his own research with minimal peer review. I believe he has helped many people, but I wouldn't take the risk based on my personal experience. Unfortunately, I do not like to remember my time at Neurokinetics, and would not recommend his services.

Dr. Souvestre's methods have legitimate merit and did produce tangible results, but he OUTRAGEOUSLY exaggerated their benefit and 100% guaranteed results that he simply did not deliver. He repeatedly urged me to keep coming back and keep paying, giving me a solid deadline by which I would be completely healed. I was NOT healed by the deadline, and I'm still not. The price of his expensive treatments varied wildly and arbitrarily from one visit to another. I injured my back and lost a lucrative contract due to my taking his advice re: physical activity. I consider most of the money I spent at his office to be wasted, and I consider Dr. Souvestre to be nothing more than a snake oil salesman who can do you SOME good, but who will promise you the world in order to keep you on the hook and get your money. I would strongly urge anyone who's considering treatment with Dr. Souvestre to first attempt to find another doctor who utilizes similar methods. I sincerely wish that I had.

He has a multi-varied background and helped me and several friends when traditional medicine was a total failure.
