I had a great experience with Dr Shaban. I only required a consultation and further follow up with no need for ongoing care. However, I was extremely pleased with his kind demeanour and I feel he was detail oriented in his assessments. He is very kind and easy to talk to while being happy to answer all my questions without rushing me. Thank you Dr Shaban. If I ever require further followup, I will be requesting a referral to him.

Horrible doctor. Makes you feel unheard and that you wasting his time
His secretary is also horrible. She thinks she’s doing you a favor by booking the appointments when it’s her job.

brutal experience, waited by the phone for a call, I did not receive a call at specified time. I called the office to reach the doctor not able to connect said he will call back. Dr Shaban called once while I was trying to reach his office and left message and now charging missed appointment fee. this doctor does not care about his patients only getting paid he did not try to call twice and could not reach him not able to call back ridiculous

The best and most knowledgeable endo doc out there. Very kind with patients. Has helped me and many others with weight loss and with controlling diabetes. On the other hand, has possibly the rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever dealt with at a dr. office. Needs to clean house there.
