I reached out to the clinic to ask if Dr Hyams could help me all my CFS symptoms or just the pain related ones. The receptionist responded to me to go somewhere else. They provided no recommendations, no help, just "go somewhere else". Very rude.

Or perhaps there is no news since there were other purposes/interests in mind? I have been on Dr Ian Hyams site listening to his much needed good sound advice. I live in the Channel Islands. I knew this professional doctor as a patient back in 2002-2004. I know that was a long time ago but we miss lots.
This man is tops to any other Doctor from the medical profession that I have ever known because he cares and helpful.
My family and I send him much love always and especially after losing his dearest Ashley.

I cannot thank Dr Hyams enough for all that he has done to help me with my chronic pain and other medical needs. His genuine care for his patients, experience and expertise at managing patients with complex medical needs puts him head and shoulders above other family physicians in the Vancouver area. I am very thankful he is my physician.

Dr Hyams is one of the most caring, genuine and brilliant doctors there are around. He is so knowledgeable in his fields, has the utmost kindness when it comes to his bedside manner and will be extra thorough in his medical investigations. If he runs late, it is because of his undivided attention he gives each patient in his care. I am very lucky to have Dr Hyams as a doctor and am very thankful for his continuing csre.

He sucks, told me I needed all these assessments for hundreds of dollars or else we couldn't work together (a "bio-psycho-social" survey online for $200 and some kind of machine?) He calls himself a pain clinic but he is just a regular doctor who is trying to get your money. Staff was also really rude, I had to wait over an hour.

He has been my family dr for 13years, I have multiple pain problems and thank God this is the doctor I was blessed with. I don’t think I would have survived without his caring and knowledgeable care.
