Incredibly helpful physician, attentive, knowledgeable. Truly cares about her patients. I've been seeing her for a few years on skype/zoom and she has changed my life in an incredible way for the better.

With Marion's expert guidance, I have come to a point in my treatment where I can live with my tragedy with enough understanding, so that it no longer completely rules my every waking and dreaming moment. However small and different my life may appear to outsiders, I now inhabit a degree of peace that I never dreamed of feeling, knowing for the first time in many years that I am worthy of all that is good, and especially that I deserve to be loved. With Marion's patience, empathy and sage wisdom, and yes, the right medication, I am no longer just existing---I'm living a life that has value. My partner and I are forever grateful to Marion for helping us to accept and adapt to this new chapter in our lives.

I'm giving Marion full marks for punctuality even though in my humble opinion, any psychiatrist that is as caring as she is may run behind from time to time. So I do not think punctuality is much of a virtue. Its much more impressive that she cares so greatly about her patients. She compensates greatly for this as she is so caring so she would never cut a patient off in mid-sentence and say "We'll have to close for today..."

I saw Dr. Perpick for a medication consult. I've been struggling for years with depression and anxiety, and nothing had worked for me. I was getting to the point where I was functioning at a very low level. She worked patiently and diligently to find a combination that brought me back to my former self. She was available between sessions consistently and graciously, and I never felt alone in the journey. It feels too good to be true, but I have been well for over 6 months and I am starting to believe that it is. A good psychiatrist is hard to find and I am glad I managed to find her.

I saw Dr. Perpick, over the past 8 months, for very serious depression and anxiety with the onset of the pandemic. She was very knowledgeable about medications and prescribed very carefully, making several adjustments along the way until I really felt we had the right "cocktail". The most powerful aspect of my treatment , was sitting (Zooming) and talking with her. I realized things about myself and how I operate that I had never thought of, and she helped me make sense of a lot of things. I would say Dr. Perpick is a true well rounded doctor, who really cares about you, and you just know it. My therapy with her is now complete, but I'll remember her for a very long time. She is quite humble, so I hope she reads this.

Dr. Perpick-Breton is treating me for long-standing PTSD which I am only now addressing after years of seeing other mental health professionals. I think it is because I finally found a psychiatrist that I feel truly comfortable with and who I trust completely. That she cares is such a given when you meet her, and also, that she is so competent and will give you her best. The journey is not going to be easy, but I know she will help me through it. I just wanted to express my gratitude for something good during these challenging world pandemic times.

Dr. Perpick-Breton took an extremely thorough history, and spent time explaining my illness to me in a way that I could really understand. I needed a lot of her patience trying to find a medication regimen that I could tolerate, but I trusted her and so we both persisted. Now, I am well enough to do some psychotherapy which is also helping very much. This is NOT an easy journey, but one which I need to take and I am grateful that there are professionals to help me as devoted to their patients' outcomes as Dr. Perpick.

Very thorough. No stone unturned. Her assessment felt like treatment, in itself, and from it, I already started to feel better. Also a very warm person, very human. Not like my experiences with other psychiatrists. Staff helpful, personable. Clearly like and respect the doctor as well. Highly recommend.

I was at the point of giving up on ever getting better because of chronic depression. Thankfully my family was persistent and they found me Dr. Perpick through her online service. She is so knowledgeable and explained things to me about why I have been depressed for so long and how I could begin to help myself and change my brain. This helped me stay motivated to take the necessary medications and do the work. There are people out there who actually do care and Dr..Perpick is one of them. I am writing this because If you are suffering like I was, I want you to reach out.
