I am 5 years post-op from a breast reduction I had by this Dr. I am now trying to find another surgeon for scar revision. Initially I was pleased but I still have red, burning, chronically irritated nipples. I have severe Kelodal scarring and sagging. He told me I would get what I need not what I want…should have been my first clue. He also told my sister she was too fat for this surgery (130 lbs) but fortunately found another surgeon professional enough to do it and did an amazing job!

Dr. Cassar gave me a breast reduction and left my nipple with a corner and HUGE scaring and stitch marks. I've had numerous problems since and he refuses to attempt to fix anything. I am sorely dissapointed that he did such a poor job in the first place and refuses to make things right afterward.

Dr Cassar was very friendly and did an excellent job on my husbands hand. We are definitely getting him for the other hand.

Just had a breast reduction and I couldn't be happier with the results. I found Dr. Cassar to be very knowledgable, thorough, and relatable at both my consultation and pre-op appointments. The surgery went great. I highly recommend this doctor.

dr cassar to put it nicely is an ****. When i went in to visit him for my broken hand he started laughing (not jokingly) about how i broke my hand. I broke it punching a wall when i was severely depressed and suicidal. We weren't sure if we should have surgery on my hand to repair the bones so my mom wanted his personal opinion. she asked him "well if she was your daughter, would you do the surgery?" and he said "my daughter wouldn't do something like that especially punch a hole in a wall in a fit of rage" I was shocked quite honestly! I've never had a doctor be that rude to me ever! I wouldn't refer anyone to this so called doctor. I don't care if I was dieing on the side of the street, i would not want this rude, nasty old man touching me in any way, shape or form. I really have no words to describe how rude this man is.

My finger was severed in an accident, and I most likely would not be using it today if it were not for this wonderful doctor. Yes he can be angry if you do not follow his advice, but any doctor would be, as it is just a waste of their time and yours if you choose to not follow it, and further hurt yourself. Thank you Dr. Cassar!

I went to him and his advice almost cost me my arm, luckily I was sent to Calgary and it was saved in an emergency operation.

He repaired a tendon 75% severed for me and I have full use of the affected finger. He does get irritated if you do not follow his instructions, but I think most surgeons do.
