I saw this dr many years ago for ongoing skin issues. He was able to resolve them quickly and was able to schedule me in quickly. The staff were always kind to me and I have since moved to Calgary but years ago when I DID live there, he was my go to for all my skin issues.

Awful experience with this doctor. Extremely rude, unpunctual, and unable to accomplish procedures without messing them up horribly. Beats me how this quack can still practice medicine in Canada.

I had an extremely sore, swollen throat, and Dr. Kriel didn’t even look in it before prescribing me something that is commonly used to treat pneumonia. My chest was clear, I didn’t have any congestion, so the prescription was wrong, and my throat
got worse after I started taking the medication. I went to another doctor and was told to immediately stop taking what Dr. Kriel prescribed.

Thanks to Dr. Kriel for refering me to the Calgary Cancer clinic for my nose cancer which had been looked at by another specialist in Medicine Hat, The other doctor phoned and said it was cancer, but would just watch it every 3 months. Dr Kriel got me in with a specialist in Calgary. I went there and it took 3 surgeries to remove all the cancer. Thank you Dr Kriel. He has always been very professional and thorough.

I feel sad when I read bad comments about this man he seems like a really good doctor he was good to me and explain some things that other doctors don’t even think about maybe he was having a bad day those other days because in my opinion he’s a really good doctor.

Dr. Kriel is an amazing doctor. He saved my life. If he had not found my cancer ( stage 3 colon cancer) I would probably not be around anymore. I always find him to be professional, friendly, to the point. We should all just remember that doctors are human too and they will make mistakes sometimes. This doctor should not have to prove in himself again. I will always trust him.

After a year of suffering bouts of severe side and back pain, he was the only doctor that bothered to do bloodwork and an ultrasound to discover I had an inflamed gallbladder with stones. Thanks to him it was surgically removed. Other doctors just brush you off and said to go to emergency if the pain didn't subside.
