This is absolutely one of the best hand surgeons in the province but he is very particular on who he chooses to work on he expects you to listen to him exactly as he asks or he will not perform the surgery I am very fortunate to have been worked on by this man he did hand surgery on me and if he chooses to do your surgery trust him because he’s good at what he does.

My husband had his left hand done Sept '17 with awesome results. Just had his right done in Feb and it is healing great as well. Dr C had gone over the procedure in detail, answering any question either of us had. He is also very involved on the day of surgery, both times he came to speak to him after he was prepped and ready to go for surgery and also saw him again after recovery, before being discharged. We found he goes above and beyond to make himself available in the event either of us had a question or concern on the procedure itself or on the instructions given by the nurses on wound care until returning for the stitches to be removed. He makes of point of reminding us to call his office if we need him for anything. We also found all his staff, from his office and his clinic at the hospital to be just as he is,. very personable and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Thank you Dr Cassar!

As a patient and having hand surgery, I can only comment that this surgeon is excellent. He was very precise in prep teaching and expectations of surgical treatment. Wound care and post surgical teaching were the best instructions I have historically received for any procedure. Most importantly, I felt proactive with professional engagement during the process. I would not hesitate to be referred to this very skilled surgeon for any further procedures.

I Feel that Dr Cassar is a great doctor however the extra costs for employment letters is pretty drastic especially when all he does is use a form letter & stamps his name on it. very expensive just to get the surgery

I had skin cancer on my face which was removed (twice)but a physician but not all the cancer cells were completely gone. Dr Cassar did the an excellent job of removing the infected area and did several stitched - the scar does not show at all. He did a second skin cancer removal on my nose which is healing very well, all cancer cell were removed the first time around. Thanks Dr. Cassar
